The service is not pleasant, all the staff are not friendly to patients. Is it because treatment at the puskesmas is free?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali, 4x mau tes lab gaada terus bidannya. Pdhal dijnjiin hari ama petugasnya ttp aja gaada.tolong petugas ama bidannya kasih informasi yg akurat. Jgn cuma pgn gaji doang!
The service was terrible, I wanted 4x lab tests and the midwife didn't continue. Even though the officers were guaranteed the day, but nothing. Please help the officer and the midwife to provide accurate information. Don't just pay my salary!
