Tidy and organized, the house is nice, clean, cool with lots of plants and tall trees. Neat arrangement. There is also a children's playground. The mosque is also beautiful

Biaya bulanan/IPL murah, jumlah bangunan rumah kurang lbh 50 unit saja.

Lingkungan asri, sangat ramah anak dengan adanya tamam interaksi 2 area yang bagus.
Masjid yang sangat nyaman.
Perumahan total di bangun sekutar 70-80 rumah. Dengan drainase dan jalan yang bagus, kebersihan lingkungan yang selalu dijaga.
