★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah beberapa kali mendengar keluhan keluarga dan kerabat terkait pelayanan puskesmas ini dan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang melayani dengan tidak ramah dan arogan yang tidak mendengarkan pendapat pasien dan penanggung jawab pasien, dan juga sangat sulit untuk meminta surat rujukan pemeriksaan darah lengkap padahal keluarga saya tersebut membutuhkan pemeriksaan itu secara berkala (perbulan), kami sekeluarga pun bukan nya tidak membayar iuran setiap bulan, kami selalu membayar tepat waktu, bahkan keluarga saya ada yang pensiunan ASN yang dimana gaji nya dialokasikan untuk pembayaran SJSN ini, tetapi tidak mendapatkan pelayanan semestinya karena arogansi salah satu tenaga kesehatan disini, mohon untuk evaluasi nya baik dari tingkat Dinkes Depok, Pemkot Depok, Dinkes Jabar dan Pemprov Jabar terkait hal tersebut, tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat dan Terima Kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas pendaftaran pasien yang ada hanya 2 orang, mereka terlihat sibuk mengurusi administrasi. Sistem antrinya masih semerawut dan kurang tertib. Batas akhir pendaftaran ataupun permohonan rujukan sampai pkl.11.00. Secara keseluruhan pelayanannya cukup baik. Dokternya pun cukup komunikatif.
There are only 2 patient registration officers, they seem busy in administration. The queue system is still chaotic and lacking in order. The deadline for registration or request for referrals is 11.00. Overall the service is quite good. The doctor was quite communicative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi-pagi uda ngambil tiket antrian, tapi di tolak,. Di poli gigi. Alasannya gak masuk di akal. Padahal Bor gigi nya ada, dia bilang gak ada bor gigi nya. Padahal segede gitu bor gigi, di bilang gak ada..bilang aja males ngerjainnya, padahal dulu Puskesmas Sukatani ini yang menambal Gigi berlubang saya.. Malah sekarang dia tolak. Alasan Perawatan gigi, harus di rujuk ke rumah sakit.. ?♂️
Gak masuk akal.
Gak bakalan lagi ke puskesmas Sukatani, walaupun rumah saya deket hanya sejengkal.. ?♂️?♂️
