★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya akan berbagi pengalaman terburuk mengurus surat kematian di puskesmas kelapa dua wetan,. Lamanya pihak petugas yang turun untuk memberikan surat keterangan kematian ,. Terlalu mengabaikan tugas sebagai tenaga yang kata nya pelayan masyarakat.
Semoga kedepannya petugas tersebut bisa meningkatkan kinerja lebih baik lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas kelapa dua wetan sekarang dengan gedung baru, bertingkat dan ada liftnya, pelayanan cukup bagus dan semoga makin ditingkatkan, mudah-mudahan bisa buka 24 jam biar berobat makin mudah
Puskesmas Kelapa Dua Wetan now with a new building, multi-storey and there is an elevator, the service is quite good and hopefully it will be improved, hopefully it can be open 24 hours so that treatment will be easier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong itu ya perawat yg di lantai 2 dekat lift masih saya pantau, tolong etika dalam melayani di tingkatkan lagi, tolong di bina lagi itu biar semua mendapat pelayanan etika yg baik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah nih puskesmas...satpamnya kasar bgt. Pelayanannya lama lg. Kl gak krn urus perbaikan sertifikat vaksin gak bakalan smp sini. Antri disuruh minta kartu antrian sama satpamnya, cm nunjukin suruh ambil di meja dpn pintu, dianya nongkrong. Gak kaya di bank² satpam sll ready di dpn pintu masuk. Masukan bt HRDnya pilih satpam yg ramah, krn untuk pelayanan publik.
It's so bad that the health center...the security guard is really rude. The service is too long. If you don't take care of repairing the vaccine certificate, you won't arrive here. The queue was told to ask for a queue card with the security guard, cm showed me to take it at the table in front of the door, he was hanging out. Not rich in banks, all security guards are ready at the entrance. Enter the bt HRD, choose a friendly security guard, because it's for public services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama kurang gercep, satpam kadang ada yang enak kadang gak enak. Untuk dapat rujukan atau perpanjang rujukan aja bisa sampai 2 jam antri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pemberian vaksinnya bagus dan teratur, tetapi lamaaa sekali update di aplikasi Peduli Lindungi nya. Belum tahu ini kapan munculnya, padahal sblmnya saya cepat sekali di update nya kalo di klinik Makostrad hanya bbrpa jam kemudian. Walaupun hari sabtu juga. Keliatan memang bedanya sipil sama TNI.

Kepada pemerintah yg berwajib tlg dipantau puskesmas ini..
Terlalu byk yg mengeluh ngurus surat rujukan aja sangat susah..
Pelayanan nya tidak bagus tidak ada kebijaksanaan
