★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya cepat, tp perlu ditingkatkan keramahan bagian pendaftaran, ga jaman loh marah marah ke pasien yg nomor nya terlewat, apalagi di pelayanan publik kerjanya
The service is fast, but the hospitality of the registration department needs to be improved, it is not the time for angry angry patients to miss the number, let alone in the public service work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya cukup kecewa dengan pelayanan yang ada. Apalagi bagi orang baru,, tolong petugas mengarahkan pasien. Daftar jm 10kurang jam 10.30 karena salah tempat tunggu sehingga tdk tau di panggil disuruh pulang tidak diperiksa… pelayanan katanya sudah selesai. Pdhl sudah daftar dan bayar. Org datang sakit tp dijanjikan besok datang lagi.. aneh sekali. Untuk jam resminya saya melihat di sini jm tutup pelayanan dengan jelas tetapi di lapangan tidak sama. Bagaimana yaa,, tolong di evaluasi lagi sudah menunggu lama kurang lebih 1 jam disuruh pulang. Hanya karna salah tempat tunggu karena tidak ada yg mengarahkan.
I am quite disappointed with the existing service. Especially for new people, please the officers direct the patient. Register at 10 less than 10.30 because of the wrong place to wait so I didn't know I was called and told to go home not checked... the service said it was finished. Pdhl already registered and paid. Org came sick but promised to come again tomorrow.. very strange. For the official hours, I see here the hours of closing the service clearly but in the field it is not the same. How do you do it, please re-evaluate, it's been a long wait for about 1 hour to be told to go home. Just because the wrong place to wait because no one directs.
