β β β β β Dijadwalkan vaksin disitu, undah antri lama ternyata ga dapat vaksin karena habis. Ternyata dia layanin yg belum terdaftar juga. Jadinya saya yg udah terdaftar malah kehabisan. Harus balik lagi pekan depan. Petugasnya ngga tegas sama orang yg belum terdaftar. Merugikan sekali.

β β β β β vaksin pertama di puskesmas harjamukti ga dapat bukti cetak tp hanya di suru foto dr layar admin oke gamasalah, udah vaksin ke dua tapi sertifikat vaksin kedua belum bs download di peduli lindungi. lapor ke puskesmas malah di oper bolak balik dan gada solusi, tolong utk petugas pemerintahan khususny yg berhubungan dg masyarakat kalian itu adalah sisi terdepan dalam hal informasi, jika kami bertanya dengan baik apakah wajar jika kalian salah satu pemangku pemerintahan memberi jawab yang tidak etis dg masyarakat?
Beri contohlah yang baik bagi kami, bahwa kalian memiliki nilai, waktu kalian kami hargai,lalu dengar dan beri tanggapan lah kepada kami jg sebagaimana mestiny. Kalian mencari nafkah, kami pun menyisihkan sebagian kecil penghasilan utk membangun pusat layananan kalian, jika kami butuh informasi apakah wajar kalian memberi jawab yang tidak baik?

β β β β β Bapak yg jaga antrian ramah. Yg mau kesini ambil antrian dari jam 7 pagi trus Dateng lagi sekitar jam 8 an. Tapi sayangnya pas aku periksain anak Disni hasil BB & TB g ditulis di buku KIA. Semangat terus melayani masyarakat ya pak Bu petugas puskesmas.

β β β β β Mau tes pcr hanya bisa selasa jumat.berhubung selasa imlek hanya bisa hari jumat. Pdhal udah disampaikan istri positif,gejala pun sudah ckup drop. Tp maklum petugas di front office sepertinya hanya anak2 magang/PKL,pakai tanya domisili dimana. Fungsi kartu indonesia sehat untuk apa kalau masih berdasarkan zona wilayah tempat tinggal. Duh ya Allah..
