★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat buruk, pasien di ajak muter2 suruh kesini kesana. Pokoknya gk ada arahan gk jls bgt nih puskesmas. Hey kalian tuh sudah di amanahkan untuk melayani masyarakat dgn baik. Toh kalian jg digaji kan? Jdi gk usah judes2 sama pasien.
The service is very bad, patients are invited to play around and tell them to come there. Anyway, there are no directives, it's really not clear at the puskesmas. Hey, you guys have been entrusted to serve the community well. After all, you are also paid, right? So you don't have to be rude to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan gak ramah sama sekali. Bagian tensi ibu HF yg jaga didepan judes, emosional, setiap nanya direspon marah2. Namanya pasien ga smuanya tau masalah kesehatan, makanya berobat dan nanya, harusnya dijelaskan dengan baik, bukan dgn marah2. Pusat kesehatan masyarakat tapi gak humanis, gimana toh?!
Service is not friendly at all. The tension section of the HF mother who was on guard in front of the bitch, was emotional, every time she asked she was answered angrily. The name of the patient does not all know the health problem, that's why treatment and asking questions should be explained well, not angry. Community health center but not humane, how is it?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk....hasil pcr terlalu lama pasien di suruh nungu sampe masa kritisnya lewat...coba kalo yg kena covid punya komplikasi...pasti udah mati, saya yg masih muda aja rasanya gak sanggup. Puskesmas gak bagus
The service is very bad....the results of the PCR take too long, the patient is told to wait until the critical period is over...try if the one who got covid has complications...must have died, I who was young didn't feel like it. The health center is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya kerjaannya cuma gibah haha hihi sana sini, kalah sama anak magang/PKL.
Tolong kalo bisa untuk di training tentang pelayanan prima.
The officers only work gibah haha hihi here and there, lost to interns / street vendors.
Please if possible to be trained on excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 28/3/22, istri melahirkan di sana., bidan2'y baik., pelayanan'y cukup puas. yg punya bpjs gratis. Yg jaga harus swab.. Hingga lahir buah hati kami.., sampe pulang pamitan dengan para dokter dan bidan cukup ramah. Gratis sampe pulang.
Tidak seperti ucapan org yg pernah melahirkan di sana bilang begini/begitu. Buat saya yg alami sendiri.. Berbeda sebalik'y..selagi kita baik, berkata sopan, saya rasakan nyaman.
On 28/3/22, my wife gave birth there. The midwives were good. The service was quite satisfied. who have free bpjs. Those who are guarding must swab.. Until our baby is born.. until we say goodbye to the doctors and midwives, they are quite friendly. Free until home.
It's not like people who have given birth there say this/so. For me, it's natural for me.. It's the other way around.. as long as we're nice, speak politely, I feel comfortable.
