Kemaren vaksin booster disini, antri dari jam 8:00 selesai jam 9:35, sayang parkiran motor terbatas, silahkan parkir di Alfamart atau Indomaret terdekat.
Yesterday the booster vaccine was here, queued from 8:00 to finish at 9:35, unfortunately the motorbike parking is limited, please park at the nearest Alfamart or Indomaret.

Pantesan aja banyak orang sakit pada mati, gimana ga mati coba? Pelayanan lambat, gak sat set sat set. Padahal mereka istirahat dari jam set 12 sampe jam 2 loh. Tapi pas saya dtg jam 2 masih banyak yg blm siap, masih rapih2 lah inilah itulah. Bagian cashier dan pendaftaran jutek wkwkw, mba jangan jutek2 lah. Belagu amat si, situ kerja juga di gaji pake uang dari masyarakat. Harusnya bisa dong melayani dgn baik. Ada bapa bapa mau berobat, pas nunjukin BPJS ternyata faskesnya bukan di limo, trs si mba nya lgsg bilang "gabisa pak BPJSnya, bayar pak, bayar, bayar". Kan bisa di perhalus "bapak mohon maaf BPJS yg terdaftar ini faskesnya di xxx kalo bapa mau disini dikenakan biaya 10k ya" kan enak. Harusnya para pelayanan publik gini di tes dulu sih attitudenya. Jangan mereka mikir kita pake BPJS atau berobat ke puskesmas itu org miskin, ini fasilitas negara cuy. Dokter juga ga ramah, hahaha jadi dokter di puskesmas aja belagu pisan. Saya biasa berobat ke Puri Cinere dokternya ga kaya ibu deh, baik, ramah,senyum gak jutek ? Dok plis, layanilah dgn sepenuh hati. Pokoknya yg ramah cuma bagian yg ngecek tensi sama farmasi. Bagaimana mau maju faskes di Indonesia kalo org2nya aja begini Apa perlu di viralin dulu nih ya puskesmas biar pegawainya pada sopan santun berattitude ? Rating di google udah jelek bukanya di perbaikin-_-

The attitude of these public services should be tested first. Don't let them think that we use BPJS or go to the puskesmas for treatment, we are poor people, this is a state facility. The doctor is also not friendly, hahaha, being a doctor at the puskesmas is too bad. I used to go to Puri Cinere for treatment, the doctor wasn't like my mother, kind, friendly, didn't smile Doc, please serve with all your heart. The only thing that is friendly is the part that checks the tension with the pharmacy. How do you want to advance health facilities in Indonesia if the people are like this? Does it need to be viral first, the puskesmas so that the employees have good manners and attitude? Rating on google is bad, can't it be fixed -_-

Pelayanan sangat lama, pasien harus menunggu sangat lama untuk ditangani, datang pagi biar cepat bisa ditangani, apakah harus tunggu pasien pingsan atau meninggal ditempat? Datang ke puskesmas harusnya sudah siap bekerja dan menangani pasien, bukan malah berlama lama didalam ruangan, padahal ruangan berobat sudah dibuka dr awal pasien datang, dan dokternya blm datang, saat dokternya datang, kami masih harus menunggu, mereka sarapan. Hello pasien sudah menunggu lama butuh ditangani loh

Datang ke Puskesmas Limo untuk booster vaksin 3. Walaupun antrian panjang, tapi prosesnya sistematis dan rapi, sehingga antrian tidak menunggu terlalu lama. Tim yang melayani juga ramah dan berpengalaman. Habis vaksin dapat bonus cek gula darah, mantapp. Good work, keep it up!

Petugas di tempat mengambil no. antrian tidak ramah. Sy pertama kali datang pagi2 pukul 5:40 untuk mengambil no. antrian untuk Ibu sy, sy blm tahu kalau hrs membawa kartu berobat/kartu ktp Ibu sy, mas petugasnya ngedumel "yaah ga bawa". Apa coba maksudnya, knp jd seakan2 sy blm tahu = bodoh. Seharusnya diberitahu baik2, dengan tutur kata yg baik dan ramah.

I first came in the morning at 5:40 to pick up the number. the queue for my mother, I don't know if you have to bring a medical card / my mother's ID card, mas the officer grumbles "yeah, don't bring it". What do you mean, how come it's as if I don't know = stupid. Should be well informed, with kind and friendly words.
