saya mau vaksin dosis ke 2 astra zeneca..sampai di sana katanya nomor antrian sudah habis..ini dibatasi apa gimana ya..tolong dong pemkot kota depok..saya udah libur kerja demi vaksin..ternyata rugi..semuanya..kerjaan saya tinggal vaksin tak didapat..
Puskesmas tangap COVID kurang maksimal..sekedar saran masyarakat bawah

I want the 2nd dose of astra Zeneca vaccine.. when I get there, they say the queue number is finished. I just can't get the vaccine..

Saya antri dari pagi sampai orang sepi bahkan sampai tinggal saya sendiri dengan orang tua saya belum dipanggil juga dengan alasan berkas nya ga ada padahal saya udah daftar.. tolong untuk semua jajaran staf atau KAUPT puskesmas untuk dievaluasi lagi untuk pelayanan nya terimakasih
THE SERVICE IS LESS SATISFACTORY! I queued from morning until people were deserted, even until I lived alone with my parents, I haven't been called yet with the reason that the file doesn't exist even though I've registered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya warga domisili pancoranmas, tapi saya coba berobat disana ternyata bisa. Menurut saya satpam, petugas tensi, dan dokter umumnya ramah ?? tapi bagian pendaftaran dan kasirnya itu yang perlu diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Mau pasien mandiri atau bpjs, pelayanannya harus baik. Kerja cape itu resiko, tapi profesional dalam bidang pekerjaan itu wajib. Untuk yang protes tukang parkir, tolong dimaklumi aja karena tukang parkir tidak masuk recruitment dari puskesmasnya. Yuk bisa diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya, apalagi ke orang yang sudah lanjut usia ya ?

In my opinion, security guards, tension officers, and doctors are generally friendly ?? but the registration and cashier sections need to improve their services. Whether it's an independent patient or BPJS, the service must be good. Tired work is a risk, but being professional in the field of work is mandatory. For those who protest against parking attendants, please understand that parking attendants are not included in the recruitment from the puskesmas. Let's improve the service again, especially to people who are elderly, right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu bukti nyata pemerintah kota depok tutup mata, petugas tanpa proses kualifikasi hanya berdasarkan titipin jadinya ya begini. Sdm nya tidak mempuni dan tidak jelas, susah sekali dihubungi, tidak ada yg bekerja dengan hati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak update untuk riwayat pelayanannya yg seharusnya muncul di aplikasi JKN , sampai hari esoknya belum muncul .
Sedangkan pihak kantor memintanya, kalau tidak ada dianggap BOLOS
There is no update for the service history which should appear in the JKN application, until the next day it has not appeared.
Meanwhile, the office asks for it, if there is no it is considered BOLUS
