★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini untuk pemeriksaan kehamilan.
Dateng hari sabtu ambil antrian dan disuruh tunggu diluar.
Tunggu dipanggil sampai sekitar 40 menit,
Lalu masuk ke dalam ruangan dan antri lagi untuk ke meja pendaftaran.
Setelah itu langsung diarahkan ke poli KIA,
Rencananya mau usg tapi ternyata usg nya tersedia hanya di hari tertentu.
Jadi hanya konsultasi sama bidan.
Buku KIA nya juga bayar 15rb.
Selesai konsultasi tinggal tunggu untuk ambil Obat dan vitamin.

The plan was to have an ultrasound but it turns out that the ultrasound is only available on certain days.
So only consultation with the midwife.
The KIA book also costs 15 thousand.
After the consultation, just wait to take medicine and vitamins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas gunung sindur. Pelayanan baik. Tersedia vaksin untuk covid. Terdapat UGD 24 jam. Pelayanan puskesmas dari jam 6pagi hingga jam 1 siang. Bertempat di sebrang perumahan griya indah serpong.
Gunung Sindur Health Center. Good service. There is a vaccine for covid. There is a 24 hour emergency room. Health center service from 6 am to 1 pm. Located across from the Griya Indah Serpong housing estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami ber 4 dari 5 di rumah semalam Swab dan positif covid, gejala : sakit tenggorokan, demam tinggi, Batuk dan sakit kepala. Lapor ke Puskesmas Gunung Sindur respon nya sangat cepat, siang ini semua obat yg kami perlukan untuk kami ber 4 sdh kami terima di antar oleh satgas covid
We were 4 of 5 at home last night Swab and positive for covid, symptoms: sore throat, high fever, cough and headache. Report to the Gunung Sindur Health Center the response is very fast, this afternoon all the medicines we need for the 4 of us have been delivered by the Covid task force

Saya saran aja, tolong diganti KARYAWAN / STAFF yg melayani bagian pembayaran / yang memberikan obat pada hari ini, pelayanan sangat TIDAK BAGUS, ternyata setelah saya tanya dgn yg lain memang pelayanan tidak bagus dari dulu!!!
Kenapa orang seperti itu bisa dipekerjakan di puskesmas y? Sangat disayangkan kalau dipertahankan, yang ada nanti ulasan puskesmas kedepannya malah tambah BURUK.
Masih banyak oranglain yang PERILAKU dan pelayanannya jauh lebih bagus!!!
Kalau bisa di ganti aja itu bagian kasir /yg kasih!!!
Tolong dibaca dan dipertimbangakan
Akan SANGAT berterima kasih jika memang diganti.

I just suggest, please replace the EMPLOYEES / STAFF who serve the payment department / who give medicine today, the service is very NOT GOOD, it turns out that after I asked the others the service was not good from the first!!!
Why can such a person be employed at the puskesmas y? It's a shame if it's maintained, the reviews from the puskesmas in the future will be even worse.
There are many others whose BEHAVIOR and service are much better!!!
If it can be replaced, it's the cashier / who gives it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periksa kehamilan di puskesmas ini. Lingkungan bersih. Untuk usg puskesmas menyediakan usg 3x dalam sebulan yang didatangkan dr rs peni kadang rs hermina (info bidan). Bidannya ada banyak, setiap periksa kadang beda² bidannya. Kadang ada yang cuek, ada yang baik, ada yang ramah. Yah, tergantung keberuntungan karena gatau jadwal bidannya ?.. over all is good
Check for pregnancy at this health center. Clean environment. For ultrasound, the puskesmas provides ultrasound 3 times a month, which is brought in by Dr. Peni, sometimes to RS. Hermina (midwife info). There are many midwives, every time they check, the midwives are different. Sometimes there are ignorant, there are good, there are friendly. Well, depending on luck because I don't know the schedule of the midwife .. over all is good

Perawatnya baik dan ramah2, selalu cek kondisi saya dan cek infusan.
Setiap hari ada dokter visit dan petugas ambil darah.
Perawatnya gercep kalo darah saya naik ke infusan, langaung di bersihin dan jadi lancar lagi.
Setiap pagi ada petugas kebersihan juga.
Makanan nya juga enak ?
Alhamdulillah 3 hari udah boleh pulang dan kondisi udah enakan.
Dokternya enak jelasin nya detail dan jelas.

I was treated here because of typhus.
The nurses are kind and friendly, always check my condition and check infusions.
Every day there are doctors visiting and officers taking blood.
The nurse was quick when my blood rose to the infusion, immediately cleaned and became smooth again.
Every morning there is a janitor too.
The food is also delicious ?
Alhamdulillah 3 days I can go home and the condition is good.
The doctor is good at explaining in detail and clearly.
Good job Gunung Sindur Public Health Center ❤️

Kemarin ketemu oknum bidan yang kurang pelayanannya tapi alhamdulillah yang melayani petugas bidan yang luar biasa bagus.
