★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya membayar biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 5.100,00 dan menunggu antrean. Antrean lumayan lama, mending datang agak pagi.
 Only pay an administration fee of IDR 5,100.00 and wait in line. The line is quite long, it's better to arrive early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terimakasih sudah menindaklanjuti complain saya sampai mencari saya ke rumah wkwk. Saya naikkan bintang satu jd bintang empat krn usaha utk memperbaiki pelayanan mjd lebih baik. Garda depan puskesmas adalah pelayanan, yg dinilai pertama adalah pelayanannya apapun masalah dan bagaimanapun klien harus tetap ramah dan semangat.
Thank you for following up on my complaints to find me at home. I am upgrading one star to four stars for efforts to improve the service to be better. The vanguard of the puskesmas is the service, which is first assessed as the service whatever the problem and however the client must remain friendly and uplifting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di depan sih bagus, cuma abis ngantri pendaftaran nunggu dokternya Masyaallah lama banget, hampir 30 menitan.. padahal pasien yang antree nggak begitu banyak.. dan dari ruang tunggu, kedengaran sih, si dokter yang di dalam ruang pemeriksaan itu malah ketawa ketawa ngobrol sama perawat atau siapa pun itu., menurut saya etika nya masih perlu di tingkatkan lagi.. sebagai pelayan publik yang di gaji pemerintah dengan pajak dari masyarakat harus nya dapat lebih serius dalam bekerja..
The service in front is good, just after queuing for registration waiting for the doctor. Masyaallah took a really long time, almost 30 minutes ... even though there were not many patients queuing up ... and from the waiting room, it sounded like the doctor who was in the examination room laughed and laughed chatting with nurses or whoever it is. In my opinion, the ethics still needs to be improved again ... as a public servant who is paid a government salary with taxes from the community, he should be more serious in his work ..

Benar" sangat mengecewakan pelayanannya...
Very disappointing, I just need a referral letter, the wait is almost 3 hours.... what if it's an emergency??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan lambat kurang bagus.. antrean nunggu obatnya masyaallah di tunggu 2jam ann kayaknya malah selip datanya padahal cuman tinggal nunggu obat sama surat keterangan dokter.. perlu lebih teliti lagi.. soalnya yang nunggu obat biasanya jg yang sakit itu sendiri malah tambah sakit kelamaan nunggu obat
slow service, not good.. the queue waiting for the medicine, masyaallah, waiting for 2 hours, ann seems to have slipped the data even though it's just waiting for medicine and a doctor's certificate... need to be more careful... because it's usually the one who waits for the medicine who gets sick, it gets sicker the longer the wait drug
