Ngalamin pengalaman buruk dateng kesini, kejadian pas awal pandemi saya mau vaksin TT kedua di puskesmas, dan di front office saya udah inisiatif nanya apakah bisa dilayani atau nggak. Pegawainya bilang β€œbisa” tp disuruh datang lagi di hari khusus untuk vaksin. Lalu hari senin nya saya datang lagi sesuai arahan beliau, tapi nyampe sana ditolak. Disitu saya berusaha ngasih masukan kalau memang tidak bisa melakukan pelayanan semacam vaksin, baiknya dari awal disampaikan ke pengunjung, jangan nunggu mereka bolak-balik dulu, karena pengunjung jadi rugi waktu. Saya pun hari itu harus ijin jaga krn harus ke puskesmas. Kalau pun ga sempet jelasin ke pengunjung, baiknya dibuat saja himbauan secara tertulis jadi meminimalisir terjadinya miskom. Eh tapi tau nggak respon pegawai front office nya, dia malah ngebentak-bentak saya dan mengancam mau memviralkan krn dikira saya ngotot minta divaksin. Setelah saya bilang kalau saya jg nakes, baru lah dia mau diem. Heran yaa pegawai arogan kyk gini kok dipasang di pusat pelayanan masyarakat. Malu-maluin!

The employee said "yes" but was told to come again on a special day for the vaccine. Then on Monday I came again according to his direction, but when I got there I was refused. There, I tried to give input, if it is not possible to provide services such as vaccines, it is better to convey it to visitors from the start, don't wait for them to go back and forth, because visitors will lose time. I also had to take care that day because I had to go to the puskesmas. Even if you don't have time to explain it to visitors, it's better if you make a written appeal so as to minimize the occurrence of miskom. But you know what the front office employee's response is, he actually yells at me and threatens to go viral because he thinks I insist on asking for the vaccine. After I told him that I was also a health worker, only then did he want to shut up. It's surprising how arrogant employees like this are installed in the community service center. Shame!

pelayanan kesehatan macam apa orang berobat baik baik tapi sikap dari pelayanannya ga baik sama sekali antrian lama orang sekarat mungkin sudah mati di bawa ke situ

Puskesmasnya bersih, tapi pelayanan jelek. Dokter dan pegawainya tidak ramah. Judes, tidak ada tindakan pemeriksaan sama sekali. Cuma di tanya keluhan saja terus dikasih obat.
The health center is clean, but the service is bad. Doctors and staff are not friendly. Judes, no checks at all. Only asked for complaints and then given medicine.

Pengalaman buruk terulang terus. Pengalamanku sendiri, gigi sakit, disuruh buka mulut ae ora. Dikasih obat tok ga mari. Bali meneh ya gur diwenehi obat maneh. Sampe akhirnya ke dr puskesmas di Tulung Klaten, dipriksa ternyata gigi lubang parah dan diminta ke dr spesialis bedah mulut. Tapi karena faskes pertama nang puskesmas boyolali, maka baliklah aq ke Puskesmas ini. Sampe nangis2 baru dikasib rujukan. Sampe ke dokter spesialis bedah gigi dan mulut wis bengkak ra karuan, dokternya kaget, kenapa bisa sampe parah baru kesana. Lah kan... doktere puskesmas boyolaline ra nggenah. Pengalaman kedua, ibuku jatuh, tangan g bisa digerakkan, mintalah rujukan utk rontgent, dan TIDAK DIBERI. Akhirnya ke dr spesialis ortho sendiri g pake bpjs. Dirontgent positif patah tulang dan harus segera operasi. Jiannn Pengalaman ketiga, suami masuk ugd karena kolik. Setelah mendingan pulang, tapi dokter jaga di UGD bilang, ada sesuatu yg mencurigakan dan perlu dipastikan dengan USG. Lah maka ke Puskesmas ini lagi minta rujuk agar bisa USG. Dan seperti yg bisa diduga, ditolak mentah2. Apa gunanya rutin bayar BPJS puluhan tahun, kalau fasilitas tidak bisa dipakai karena puskesmas yg tidak kompeten.

Finally, I went to the doctor at the puskesmas in Tulung Klaten, was examined and it turned out that the tooth had a severe hole and was asked to see a specialist in oral surgery. But because the first health facility was the Boyolali Public Health Center, so I returned to this health center. To the point of crying just got a referral. When I went to the dentist who specialized in dental and mouth surgery, the doctor was shocked, why did it get so bad when I got there. Well, the doctor at the Boyolaline Public Health Center is ra nggenah. The second experience, my mother fell, the hand could not be moved, asked for a referral for an X-ray, and was NOT GIVEN. Finally, I went to the ortho specialist myself, I didn't use BPJS. X-rays were positive for fractures and required immediate surgery. Jiannn The third experience, my husband went to the ER because of colic. After that, it was better to go home, but the doctor on duty in the ER said there was something suspicious and needed to be confirmed by ultrasound. So, I went to this health center again asking for a referral so I could get an ultrasound. And as one might expect, it was flatly rejected. What's the point of regularly paying BPJS for decades, if the facilities can't be used because the puskesmas are incompetent.

antriane ra jelas. dokter ga ramaaahhh!!! pasien datang baik2 tapi dokter yang melayani kek ga punya etika profesi. pas awal masih mencoba berfikir positif mungkin dokternya ngajak guyon. tapi lama2 kok ngintimidasi. udah dijelasin baik-baik keluhannya apa malah dibilang "kemaki" dan "ngapusi" apalagi pas minta surat dokter malah bilang "nek ra niat kerjo rasah kerjo" begitu pelayanan sama pasien???????
queue ra clear. the doctor is not ramaahhh!!! The patient came fine but the doctor who served it didn't have professional ethics. At the beginning, I was still trying to think positively, maybe the doctor was asking for a joke. but it's been so intimidating. it's been explained well if the complaint is even called "kemaki" and "erased" especially when I asked for a doctor's letter, he said, "nek ra, I intend to work, I feel like I'm working" is that the same as patient care?????

Pengalaman yang sangat buruk..datang jam 8.00 antrian sampe jam 09.55 belum ada dipanggil sama sekali padahal antrian yg dipanggil jauh sekali dan bolak balik nanya judes semua sih akhirnya sampe ke 4 kali saya tanya salah dong naruh berkasnya petugasnya, ga ada tuh minta maaf apa gimana. Saran aja elayanan masyarakat tuh harusnya dikasih orang yang ramah yang mengayomi masyarakat ?????

Pengalaman yg sangat buruk PERTAMA KALI Datang kesana karna terkena air panas butuh obat buat luka dan meminta surat keterangan pemeriksaan karna syarat dri pekerjaan.sampai sana malah dipaido :) katanya cma dkit itu, masi bsa jalan,msi bisa kerja, pasti cma alasankan biar dpet suratnya, pkesendal jga masi bsa itu.mkanya bsk lagi kmar mandinya dkasi alat buat hangatin air biar ga pke termos lagi dan blablabla2 sampai saya cma diam untuk menghargai org yg lbih tua dri saya. Ya memang saya akui luka saya tidak parah dan masi bsa jalan walau pincang tapi apakah anda bisa merasakan apa yg saya rasakan? Apakah datang ksana harus TIDAK BISA JALAN dahulu baru dipercaya? Dan apakah kalau masi bsa jalan harus kerja dengan menahan perihnya? Saya periksa agar mendapat obat biar ga perih lagi, biar bsk nya pas kerja udah ga perih lagi dan saya minta surat keterangan periksa karna memang syarat dri perusahaan seperti itu. Maaf ya pak dokter yg terhirmat, anda ini dokter bertugas lah sesuai tugas anda, jangan terlalu banyak bicara tanpa mengerti realitanya. Jika ditawaripun saya juga tidak mau sakit Siapasi yg mau sakit, mending kerjakan dapat uang :)
Very bad experience FIRST TIME I came there because I was hit by hot water, I needed medicine for the wound and asked for a certificate of examination because of the requirements of the job. When I got there, I was paid for it :) he said only a little bit, still able to walk, still can work, definitely just an excuse to get the letter, please don't worry it's still possible, maybe the bathroom is equipped with a tool to warm the water so I don't use the thermos anymore and blablabla2 until I just stay silent to respect people who are older than me. Yes, I admit that my wound is not serious and I can still walk even though I am limp but can you feel what I feel? Does it have to be CAN'T WALK before it comes to be believed? And if you can still walk, do you have to work to endure the pain? I checked to get medicine so it wouldn't hurt anymore, so that it wouldn't hurt anymore when I was at work and I asked for a check-up certificate because that's a requirement from a company like that. Sorry, dear doctor, you are a doctor on duty according to your duty, don't talk too much without understanding the reality. Even if it is offered, I also don't want to get sick Whoever wants to get sick, just do it and get money :)
