I don't understand the doctor here anymore, it's clear "I intend to seek treatment and want to ask for a sick letter to rest for a day / 2 days but the doctor doesn't give it because the disease is not serious, I have to work while vomiting" at work am I right doc?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH, cara ngomongnya pun sangat tidak ramah. Saya niat berobat buat minta surat ijin sakit supaya bisa beristirahat sehari/ 2 hari tapi tidak dikasih. Dokternya bilang ini hanya penyakit biasa, LANTAS SAYA HARUS SEKARAT DULU BU DOKTER? Supaya bisa minta surat sakit?
The doctor is VERY unfriendly, the way he talks is very unfriendly. I intend to seek treatment to ask for a sick permit so that I can rest for a day / 2 days but I was not given it. The doctor said it was just an ordinary disease, THEN I HAVE TO DIE FIRST, Ms. DOCTOR? So that I can ask for a sick note?
