★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa staf medis disini gk profesional, pilih2 pasien ,bidan juteknya gk nahan, penanganan lamban ,hal2 yg mestinya bisa dilakuin d puskesmas malah harus dirujuk k RSUD, sudah sampai di RSUD pihak sana malah kebingungan sampe2 salah satu petugas puskesmas yg ikut mengantar pasien ke RSUD Sumedang malah diceramahin sama pihak RSUDnya sendiri karena gk becus nanganin pasien .Dan satu lagi ,BEBERAPA PETUGAS DISINI TIDAK BISA MENJAGA DATA PRIVASI PASIEN ,TIATI KALO YG MAU BROBAT
Some of the medical staff here are not professional, they choose patients, the midwives can't handle it, the handling is slow, things that should be done at the puskesmas have to be referred to the hospital, arrived at the hospital, there is even confusion until one of the puskesmas officers who took the patient to the hospital Sumedang was even lectured by the RSUD itself because it was not good at handling the patient. And one more thing, SOME OF THE OFFICERS ARE NOT HERE TO MAINTAIN PATIENT PRIVACY DATA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelek banget pelayanan nya, saat minta rujukan petugasnya ga ramah (sibuk + tegas sama jutek + ngerendahin beda yah) mereka jutek + ngerendahin. Tanggal buat hari rujukan juga tidak sesuai jadwal di rs nya! Terpaksa kami pulang. Sebaiknya dikonfirmasi dulu kepada pihak rs terkait jadwal pelayanan disana.
The service is really bad, when you ask for a referral the staff is not friendly (busy + strict with jutek + demeaning is different) they are rude + humiliating. The date for the referral day is also not according to the schedule at the hospital! We had to go home. It is better to confirm with the hospital regarding the service schedule there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang efektif, pasien menumpuk di pendaftaran lama menunggu pendaftaran selama 2,5 -3 jam hanya untuk pendaftaran, saran:tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya terutama di pendaftaran kasihan pasien menunggu hanya untuk mendaftar belum lagi menunggu ke ruangan yang akan dituju pasien masing.masing. Alangkah lebih baik jika petugas di pendaftaran di tambah dan pelayanannya lebih gesit lagi.
The service is less effective, patients pile up at registration and wait for registration for 2.5 -3 hours just for registration, suggestions: please improve the service, especially at registration, sorry for patients waiting just to register, not to mention waiting to go to the room that each patient will go to. It would be better if the clerk at registration was added and the service was more agile.

Tpi pelayanannya kurang baik sumpah. Baru aja mau daftar ngomongnya pake nada tinggi muka marah. Bukankah itu kewajiban dan pekerja'an kalian di puskesmas. Harusnya layani dengan baik yg masih awam tolong di arahkan. Ini melayani sambil marah". Kita bayar ko g gratis.
