Kondisi kebersihan cukup dalam kategori bersih dan sehat, dengan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat kecamatan usahakan sediakan tempat parkir roda empat yang cukup. Parkir menjadi penuh dengan kendaraan pegawai di Puskesmas tersebut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat warga panyingkiran dan sekitarnya bisa memeriksakan kesehatannya ke puskesmas panyingkiran, semoga pelayanannya semakin ditingkatkan lagi dan informasi bagi pasien lebih spesifik karena tidak semua warga sering berobat ke puskesmas kebanyakan awam seperti apa prosedur yang berlaku di puskesmas, misalnya cara pembayaran dan pendaftaran kadang setiap ke sana masih harus mendaftar lagi dan lagi.
Semoga sukses selalu Puskesmas Panyingkiran semakin maju,.
