★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan puskesmas kasokandel kurang bgt , mana orang pendaftaran nya judes2 , orang mah bagian receptionis harus orang yang ramah sopan. Males banget mending ke puskesmas lain . Mau pelayanan umum gak bisa harus pake BPJS . Anehh
The service at the Kasokandel Public Health Center is lacking, where the registration person is rude, the receptionist must be a friendly and polite person. Too lazy to go to another health center. If you want public services, you can't have to use BPJS. Weird

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serius deh min tulisan di bagian pendaftaran kan UMUM/BPJS niat saya pengen pake Umum tapi malah di tanya terus2an BPJS kan niat saya pake UMUM . Emang gak bisa yah kalo kita berobat ke puskesmas pake umum ? . Btw si ibunya bukan bagian pendaftaran soalnya yg jaga pendaftaranya kosong . Pas masuk si ibunya langsung nanya . Bpjs nya mana ? Bpjsnya mana? Padahal saya udah ngomong saya mau pake umum (Bayar) tapi katanya gak bisa ? yah dengan rasa kecewa puter balik deh . Sumpah si kecewa banget :(
