Saya ke situ pada tanggal 4 Januari 2021 untuk mengantar ibu saya yang sakit gigi. Padahal situasinya ga rame.. tapi pelayanan nya sangat lambat sekali

Kemarin tgl 12 jan 2022 saya dtg ke PKM lemah sugih utk meminta rujukan sekaligus meminta bantuan supaya papa saya dijemput ambulance, karena papa saya koma. Infonya akan dijemput sore dr rumah langsung ke RS rujukan ditemani oleh perawat juga. Namun dr pagi saya tunggu sampai maghrib, tidak ada jemputan ambulance sama sekali. Saya panik karena papa saya sudah terlalu lama menunggu. Saya dapat no hp driver ambulance, lalu saya telp, tp beliau katakan bahwa beliau tdk menerima info untuk menjemput pasien atas nama papa saya. Saya sungguh shocked dgn jawaban driver ini. Apakah sebegitu buruknya pelayanan dan koordinasi di PKM lemah sugih ? Padahal no hp saya sudah di catat oleh salah satu petugas yg menyanggupi utk menjemput papa saya, malah saya berikan 2 no hp. Saya mohon kepada semua pejabat dan penanggung jawab kesehatan kec lemah sugih utk segera memperbaiki masalah koordinasinya, supaya kejadian ini tidak dirasakan oleh pasien yg lain. 13 januari 2022 papa saya meninggal. Terima kasih PKM Lemah sugih. ?

Yesterday, January 12, 2022, I came to PKM, but I really did not want to ask for a referral and at the same time asked for help so that my father would be picked up by an ambulance, because my father was in a coma. The info will be picked up in the afternoon from home directly to the referral hospital accompanied by a nurse as well. But since morning I waited until maghrib, there was no ambulance at all. I panicked because my papa had waited too long. I got the ambulance driver's cellphone number, then I called, but he said that he did not receive information to pick up patients on behalf of my father. I was really shocked by this driver's answer. Is it really that bad that the service and coordination in PKM is really weak? Even though my cellphone number was recorded by one of the officers who agreed to pick up my papa, instead I gave 2 cellphone numbers. I ask all officials and health care providers in the weak sub-districts to immediately fix the coordination problem, so that this incident is not felt by other patients. January 13, 2022 my papa died. Thank you PKM Lemah sugih. ?
