★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Satpam atas nama madrofi, kurang sopan, tidak bertatakrama! Mohon ditindaklanjuti. Agar pasien merasa lebih nyaman berobat di puskesmas kota bambu. Tidak sekali duakali madrofi berperilaku tidak sopan. Bahkan ke pasien usia lanjut! Terimakasih.

2. 07.30 ambil nomer antrian KIA/umum

jangan buat orang susah ditambah susah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belum pernah berobat di Puskesmas Kot Bambu, tetapi saya pernah mendapatkan pelayanan Vaksin Covid-19 yang pertama tanggal, 25 Agustus 2021 dan yang kedua tanggal, 22 September 2021 di SMPN 130 Kota Bambu, menurut saya pelayanannya sangat bagus, cepat, tepat dan teratur, sy melihat seragamnya, nama dokternya dr. Jendareh, cantik, baik dan ramah serta perawatnya yg menyuntikkan vaksin juga dikasih info bahwa saya akan menerima jenis vaksin "CoronaVac" dan saat vaksin kedua juga jenis yang sama. Terima kasih dokter Jendareh dan timnya, semoga sehat selalu ya dokter dan Covid-19 cepat berlalu dari Indonesia.
