★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan payah sekelas RSUD Masih kalah bagus pelayanannya dengan puskesmas.
Nunggu obat dari jam 11 siang sampai jam 13 belum juga siap... obatnya....
Tolong di perbaiki lagi untuk bagian farmasi
 Poor service like a hospital is still not as good as a puskesmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security kasar Dan tidak sopan, bahkan Ada oknum driver rs bersikap sangat tidak sopan cenderung kasar karena kondisi parkir yang terbatas,.. Dokter terkadang telat Dan staff terkesan malas2an sehingga menunggu administratif saja sangat lama

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segi pelayanan dokter nya oke, baik ramah ramah semua nya, petugas pendaftaran loket ny agak terlalu tegas sehingga menimbulkan kesalahpahaman pengunjung yg dtg yg berpikir tidak ramah, yang harus dibenahi parkiran tidak gratis serta kamar mandi yang kurang nyaman, contohnya tidak ada kunci slot untuk kamar mandi lt 2 dan 4, serta Koridor di lantai 2 samping lab terasa kurang bersih karna ada nyamuknya
