★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan IGD sangat buruk, saya menunggu dari jam 9 pagi hingga jam 14, blm ada jawaban, alesannya konsul blm dibales sama dokter terkait
 ER service is very bad, I waited from 9 am to 14 pm, no answer yet, the reason is that the consul has not responded to the relevant doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya parah bgt, masa nunggu antrean buat masuk ke poli aja dari jam 4 sore baru dipanggil jam setengah 7 malam, so bad.
The service is really bad, the waiting time in line to enter the poly only starts at 4 pm and only gets called at half past 7 at night, so bad.

Menunggu antrian dari ramai pasien sampai sepi sampai ramai lagi belum di panggil juga …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun rumah sakit depan pasar tetap terjaga kebersihannya apalagi mulai dibangun rsud, pelayanan nya bagus pasien yg tidak mengerti alur bpjs dijelaskan secara detail, perawatnya cantik cantik dan ramah dalam menjelaskan. Semakin maju RSUD Kemayoran.
Even though the hospital in front of the market is kept clean, let alone starting to build a hospital, the service is good, patients who don't understand the BPJS flow are explained in detail, the nurses are beautiful and friendly in explaining. Kemayoran Hospital is getting more advanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya parah banget, ketersediaan alat-alatnya juga terbatas, wah kacau dah pokoknya hasil tes di RSUD Kemayoran beda jauh banget dengan di RS yang lainnya. Saya punya pengalaman buruk di RSUD KEMAYORAN ini. Ga pernah akan Dateng lagi dah ke RSUD KEMAYORAN.
The service is really bad, the availability of the tools is also limited, it's a mess, just the test results at the Kemayoran Hospital are very different from other hospitals. I had a bad experience at this KEMAYORAN Hospital. I will never come again to KEMAYORAN Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ckckck bad, mau masuk hrs antre buat cek tensi doang lol. Bagus sih cuma caranya mereka ga efesien. Sistem nya kuno, alatnya manual, bad intinya. Harusnya sekelas rsud bisa nerapin sistem kunjungan digital jd ga perlu antre2 yg justru bikin penularan covid.
Ckckck bad, if you want to enter, you have to queue just to check your blood pressure lol. It's good, but their method is not efficient. The system is ancient, the tools are manual, the point is bad. Hospital classmates should be able to implement a digital visiting system so there is no need to queue up which actually causes the transmission of covid.
