★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat sangat gk jelas, hari ini saya jadwal periksa kehamilan tgl 14juli2021,tapi di tolak dengan alesan harus daftar online dahulu, seharus nya kalo emng setiap periksa harus wajib daftar online,sebaik nya di infokan dong, jgn diem" aja,buat apaan tiap dateng di data-data terus tapi kalo hasil nya cuma nyusahin masyarakat ajah, kan ada email,nomer telvon pas daftar, harus nya di infokan lah, dan saya dateng udah dapet jadwal dari dokter nya sendiri ,seharus nya yg di duluin yg udh punya jadwal bukan yg daftar online, kalo kaya gini tugas nya dokter nnyuruh gw dateng di tgl ity guna nya apa woy..woy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg kurang bgus.. Tdk cepat. Tdk tanggap.. Wktu istirahat kelewat lama.. Pd tnggal 3 January 2018.. Sy kepuskesmas.. Jam1 siang. Dikarrnakan pagi sy Tidak bs kesana.. Dan sy menunggu loket buka.. Ternyata Sampe jam2 siang loket msh tutup. Penjaga loket tdk Ada. Dokter tdk Ada. Bidan tdk Ada Matri tdk ada. Sdangkan pasian yg mau berobat Dan mengambil rujuakn sdh banyak.. Malah Ada yg menunggu Dari jam11 siang.. Kejadian ini sdh sering skali di puskesmas ini.. Sy hanya menanyakan jam pelayanan yg Bnr sperti apa?
Poor service ... Not fast. Unresponsive .. When the break is too long .. At the date of January 3, 2018 .. Sy to the health center .. At 1 pm. Not for the morning, I can't go there ... And I'm waiting for the window to open ... Counter window guard doesn't exist. Doctor doesn't exist. Midwife doesn't have Matri, there isn't. Unfortunately patients who want to seek treatment and take a lot of rujakn .. In fact, there are those who wait from 11 o'clock in the afternoon. This event has often been scaled at this puskesmas ... I just asked what service hours I was like?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang kalau berobat harus menggunakan KTP DKI ya ? Di luar KTP DKI gak bisa ? Di telepon gak ada respon nya
If you need treatment, you have to use a DKI ID card, right? Can't you do it outside of a DKI ID card? There is no response on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loket Pendaftaran berada di bag blkg gedung, sdh dibuka dri jam 7.30an,pelayanan dimulai jam 8.00an,alur sdh baik,karena msih dlm keadaan pandemi jd pasien ditensi & menunggu diluar,jika dokter memanggil bru masuk & konsultasi di dlm,setelah itu menunggu resep di bagian depan & diluar gedung nt petugas apotik akan memanggil nama kita,jika kita bertanya cukup baik penjelasan ny,sesuai aturan & prosedur saja insyaa allah semua aman & lancar ,trima ksih ?
The registration counter is in the back of the building, it has been open since 7.30, the service starts at 8.00, the flow is good, because it is still in a pandemic situation so the patient is on tension & waiting outside, if the doctor calls you come in & consult inside, then wait the recipe on the front & outside the building nt the pharmacy staff will call our names, if we ask the explanation is good enough, according to the rules & procedures, God willing, everything is safe & smooth, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse place to get checked up checked out. The service is poor and so bad. The wait is so long. The staff nurses and Drs are rude unpolite and disrespectful because using bpjs. I requested for a hospital nearby to get a full check up and a possible x-ray scan etc but the staff. They tell you to go to a big hospital 10-15km away from your place. I never ever come to this place ever again. I would rather pay to get checked up and checked out rather than going to this bad plave puskesmas Ulujami
