β β β β β Sy sering berobat k puskes ini krna fase 1bpjs sy di dsini. Sbagian Dokter nya tolong di benahi lg dlm cara melayani pasien. Rata2 jutek n sprti mandaang rendah kami. Kalian itu di gaji oleh pemda untuk melayani masyarakat dengan ramah penuh kesabaran bukan dengan muka jutek

TOLONG DIBACA DONG UNTUK PIHAK PUSKESMASNYA. Pelayanan dibagian LOKET DAN SATPAMNYA BAD ATTITUDE sekali. Mengarahkan pasien sama sekali tidak jelas, bulan lalu (18-11-2021) pernah ditolak untuk Imunisasi (18BLN) karna katanya beda faskes, lalu ada SATPAM dan BAGIAN LOKET yg bilang kalo untuk Imunisasi harus sesuai faskes tapi KALO UNTUK BEROBAT BISA DIMANA SAJA. Hari ini saya berobat disini karna anak saya dari bayi sudah ditangani atau segala imunisasi dari awal sampai berobat sering sama puskesmas ini (karna dari bayi anak saya tidak pakai BPJS dan daftar umum/bayar, bulan lalu BPJS baru jadi saya pakailah dipuskesmas ini) malah ditolak dan harus sesuai faskesnya, ok saya bisa faham walau agak kecewa. KALI INI saya berobat loh bukan IMUNISASI, masih nolak orang yg berobat juga? LALU ADA 1 SATPAM YG BILANG DAN SATPAM INI JUGA YG DARI AWAL HARI INI SAYA DATANG SUDAH DIRIBETIN DAN NYURUH SAYA PINDAH KETEMPAT FASKES AWAL "INI UDAH JAM 10:45 TAKUTNYA KALO KESANA (FASKES AWAL) UDAH TUTUP JADI DAFTAR DISINI AJA. KALO ANDA DARI AWAL TAU TEMPAT YG SATUNYA AKAN TUTUP DAN UDAH GAK BISA BEROBAT DISANA/GAK KEBURU KENAPA DARI AWAL JUGA HARUS NYURUH SAYA PINDAH? Ini yg berobat bayi loh bukan orang dewasa. Bener2 kecewa banget, padahal tiap bulan bayar bpjs, gak yg bener2 GRATIS lohh!!!!!

PLEASE READ DONG FOR THE HEALTH CENTER. The service at the counter and the security guard is very bad. Directing the patient is not clear at all, last month (18-11-2021) he was refused immunization (18BLN) because he said it was a different health facility, then there was a security guard and the counter section which said that immunization must be in accordance with the health facilities but IF FOR TREATMENT CAN BE ANYWHERE. Today I am seeking treatment here because my child from infancy has been handled or all immunizations from the beginning to treatment are often at this health center (because my child did not use BPJS and the general list / paid, last month BPJS was new so I used this health center) instead it was rejected and it has to match the health facilities, ok, I can understand even though I'm a bit disappointed. THIS TIME I'm taking treatment, not IMMUNIZATION, still refusing people who seek treatment too? THEN THERE WAS 1 SECURITY THAT SAYS AND THIS SECURE IS ALSO THAT FROM THE BEGINNING TODAY I COME ALREADY BEEN CONNECTED AND TOLD ME TO MOVE TO THE INITIAL FASKES PLACE "THIS IS ALREADY AT 10:45 AM I WAS SCARED WHEN GOING THERE (Early Healthcare Facilities) you've been closed, so you've been closed. YOU KNOW THE ONLY PLACE WILL CLOSED AND CANNOT BE TREATED THERE / NOT HURRY WHY DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE ME TO MOVE? !!!!
PLEASE FOR IMPROVEMENT AGAIN AND IMPROVED SERVICES IN THE REGISTRATION SECTION. Even though the doctors and nurses are really good here.

β β β β β Pengalaman tidak mengenakan disini terutama bagian Igd dan poli kehamilan / kebidanan...
Istri saya mau melahirkan tapi di persulit.. hingga akhirnya di rujuk kerumah sakit yang jauh, alasan karena covid padahal itu antigen bukan PCR.
Tapi pada lepas tangan
Alasan belum kontraksi dllnya.
Memang kebanyakan yang jahat petugas2 disini.
Kalian juga kerja di bayar PEMDA DKI.
Semoga petugas disini pada sadar
Atau paling ngggak di rolling semua ..

β β β β β Skrg sdh lebih bagus, terutama saat imunisasi bayi, tdk perlu antri lama, saat nomor panggilan langsung masuk, timbang ukur tinggi ank, suntik . Alangkah baiknya saat kebawah obat yang sudah di resepkan online sudah tersedia dan tinggal ambil, terkadang butuh wktu agak lama untuk obatnya, tisu toiletnya tdk ada

It would be nice when you go downstairs the medicine that has been prescribed online is available and just take it, sometimes it takes a bit longer for the medicine, the toilet paper is not there

β β β β β Untuk tempatnya nyaman, ruang tunggunya adem kamar mandi wanitanya jelek. Pintunya gabisa dikunci sama yang satu lg rusak gt gabisa ketutup rapet. Untuk pelayanan dokternya baik ramah satpamnya juga tapiii, asli lelet bgt semuanya. Saya antri online biar cepet pake aplikasi infokes. Diaplikasi tulisannya jam setengah 8 buka pas sampe kata satpamnya buka jam 8 tapi actionnya jam 8 lewat. Gatepat waktu bgt, pas jam setengah 8 pada santai gt rame prepare buat buka pengobatan pas jam 8 nan. Alhasil saya nyampe jam 7 ditanganin sekitar jam 8.15 itu saya antrian pertama. Udah gt untuk ambil obatnya juga lama bgt masih pada bingung pasiennya buat ambil obatnya gimana soalnya karyawan farmasinya gaada ditempat. servicenya lelet gatepat waktu huh
