★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ptugas sangat membantu dan kooperative saat kami terpapar covid, hanya sayang pelayanan penjadwalan PCR sangat lama dan hasilnya pun lama.
The staff was very helpful and cooperative when we were exposed to covid, it's just a shame the PCR scheduling service was very long and the results took too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu puas di poli KIA puskesmas disini, bidannya ramah2, suka kasih solusi tempat usg yg promo, baik2 bgt, securitynya juga baik.
Always satisfied at the KIA polyclinic at the puskesmas here, the midwives are friendly, like to give promo solutions for ultrasound places, very good, security is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah saya dinyatakan positif utk kedua kalinya, Alhamdulillah...pelayanan nakes dari Puskesmas Kelurahan Grogol Selatan sangat cepat membantu, dari pendaftarkan test pcr utk 1 keluarga dan hasilnya pun segera diinformasikan via WA dgn cepat demikian juga dengan pemberian obat2an dan vitamin utk isoman kami...terima kasih utk semua bantuannya dan salam sehat dari kami??
After I was tested positive for the second time, Alhamdulillah... the health service from the Puskesmas Grogol Selatan Village was very quick to help, from registering the PCR test for 1 family and the results were immediately informed via WA quickly as well as the provision of medicines and vitamins for our isoman. ..thank you for all the help and good health from us??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ istri gw abis ngasih bintang 1 karena pelayannya mengecewakan,padahal yg mengecewakan itu dr satpam sama petugas registrasi,lelet,di tanya gtw mulu,terkesan judes,gak menghargai pasien,hanya melihat dr apa yg mereka kendarai untuk datang ke puskesmas.
abis komen dan ngasih ulasan, bukannya evaluasi terima kritik dan saran,malah istri gw kya di teror,dr argumen si bidan,pdahal dalam komenya gak bawa2 si bidan,ampe di bilang jahat banget komen nya.
saya pasang badan buat hal yg bener, bintang berbicara, gak cma saya yg ngasih ulasan bgini,bnyak yang lain, tetapi tidak buat mereka jera untuk lebih memberikan pelayanan yang baik.
my wife gave me 1 star because the waitress was disappointing, even though what was disappointing was the security guard and registration officer, slow, asked Gtw for a long time, seemed rude, didn't respect patients, only saw what they drove to come to the health center.
After commenting and giving reviews, instead of evaluating, I received criticism and suggestions, in fact my wife was terrorized, based on the midwife's argument, even though in her comments she didn't bring the midwife, so she said her comments were really bad.
I put my body up for the right thing, the stars speak, I'm not the only one who gives reviews like this, there are many others, but that doesn't deter them from providing better service.
