Saya pindah faskes ke sini dari luar kota, masih buta bgt, udah takut pelayanan ga ramah liat ulasan, taunya baik2 banget orang2nya, dan dokter siap menjelaskan sejelas2nya untuk yang belum mengerti regulasi dll, staff juga baik2, bersih. Semoga semakin ada peningkatan pelayanan terus disini .

Saya baru dateng baru mau daftar sudah di gas sama orang loketnya dengan laga kaki naik ke atas kursi, kan saya BPJSnya ada dua ada yg dari bandung sama yg dari perusahaan saya kerja di jakarta karena saya meneruskan BPJS saya yg di bandung katanya ga bisa, padahal saya sudah sering beberapa kali ke puskesmas yg di kebayoran lama bisa ko pakai BPJS yg digital pakai Aplikasi hanya buat ngedata sajsaja masa dia ini ga bisa dan malah ngelempar BPJS satsaya gajinya berapa sih sampe segitunya

SANGAT AMAT KECEWA. Saya heran kenapa pelayanan nya sangat buruk, pertama saya berobat di jutekin, seakan akan jijik sama saya yg lg berobat. Kedua adek saya berobat di tolak mentah2 karna gk terima berobat untuk anak kecil yg demam. Helloww puskes guna nya untuk apa ya? Kan untuk berobat masyarakat, kenapa saya di tolak? Tolong di perbaiki dong, jelek parah pelayanan nya. Saya bayar kok gak pake BPJS!! Apa perlu yg kaya gini saya viralkan dan laporkan? Udah gt ketika lg ambil obat malah di giniin "udh emng mau apalagi?" Kurang ajar org sakit di gtuin. Mending resign deh, dokter cuma untuk mengabdi bantu masyarakat. Pelayanananya ramah sabar sopan..apalagi dokter giginya meski masih muda Masha Alloh sabar banget ..beda ma @puskesmas kecamatan Kebayoran ..dokter giginya kaya guru fisika pas SMA .padahal kebanyakan sudah senior tapi ampun2 apa2 buru2 marah2 yg dibahas malah pada ngobrol masalah masak makan siang Coba itu puskesmas yg lebih besar belajar dari puskesmas kecil

3x ke puskesmas ini pelayanan nya jelek amat ??‍♀️??? 2x mau kb tapi malah di tanya tanya di luar gx d suruh masuk ruangan kb,gx punya ettitude sma sekali bidannya, pdhal pasien juga punya privasi malu tau di lihatin banyak orng, udah di tanyaΒ² kaya gth dia mondar mandir g jelas baru dah pasien d suruh masuk ruanganya,terus terakhir tgl 17 januari 2022 mau cabut gigi, malah di periksa d luar di suruh manggap d luar bukan di periksa di dlm kan aneh pdhal masuk ruangan cuma satu langkah knpa g d sruh masuk keruangnya,eh ternyata dia pingin buru buru Ke warung dan cabut gigi saya ga jadi...pdhal sya setiap ke puskesmas bayar g pakai BPJS
