*tempat bersih *Utk ibu bidannya tegas & gercep utk penangannya *Ahli gizinya ramah & jelas mengasih informasinya *Staf lab ramah *Sdm yg suka mencatat tensi darah & Bb , tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya, lebih ramah, bertutur kata yg sopan lg dengan pasien & tolong gercep. *Staf pendaftaran lebih gercep lg, agar tdk ada penumpukan pasien. *Security tolong standbay di dpn pintu masuk, utk pemeriksaan tubuh yg datang & pengarahan protokol kesehatan, jgn di dlm sj. *Dokter gigi tolong lebih bersabar lg utk melayani anak2 yg nangis, agar anak merasa nyaman maupun tdk merasa takut & tdk trauma datang lg ke dokter gigi. "Intinya tolong semua staff lebih ramah, bertutur kata yg sopan, Gercep dalam tindakan, agar lebih baik lg & pasien merasa nyaman" .
* clean place * The midwife is firm & fast to handle it * Nutritionists are friendly & clearly provide information * Friendly lab staff * For those who like to record blood pressure & Bb, please improve the service, be more friendly, speak polite words with patients & please accelerate. * The registration staff is faster, so there is no accumulation of patients. * Security please stand at the entrance, for body examinations who come and guide health protocols, don't take it in. * Dentist please be more patient to serve children who cry, so that children feel comfortable or not feel afraid & not traumatized again come to the dentist. "The point is to help all staff be more friendly, speak polite words, fast in action, to make it better for patients and patients to feel comfortable".

Untuk Ibu Halimah, tolong ditindak lanjuti karena beliau menyepelekan kondisi komorbid pasien covid dengan tidak kooperatif dalam mengeluarkan surat rujukan faskes 1. Tolong ditindak tegas karena ini menyangkut nyawa orang lain.

Petugasnya kurang ajar, malas, dan menganggap pasien vaksin itu beban. Musti ditindak nih oknum2 begini. 3 orang petugasnya sangat kurang ajar dan tidak kooperatif. Saya sudah didaftarkan kantor tgl 27, tp krn sudah full, saya dipindah (daftar lagi) utk tgl 30. Saya dr pramuka ke lokasi itu 40 menit naik ojek, sampe sana saya ditolak mentah2 dgn alasan saya mustinya tgl 27. Petugas bahkan ga berani tunjukkan kalau nama saya ada di list. Kalau ga niat kerja jd pelayan publik, ga usah kerja disitu woy. Masih banyak orang yg lebih pantas dan butuh kerja. Ada sekitar 4-5 kolega saya yg terpaksa tidak jadi vaksin gara2 alasan tsb. Dibilang kesiangan, jadwal salah, dibilang vaksinnya jgn disitu krn kantor kami di sudirman. Kalian semua petugas lebih rendah dari binatang. Anggap orang lain remeh. Plis tolong ditindak oknum2 kurang ajar spt ini
The staff is rude, lazy, and considers vaccine patients a burden. These people must be punished. The 3 officers were very rude and uncooperative. I was registered by the office on the 27th, but because it was full, I was transferred (registered again) for the 30th. I was from the scouts to that location for 40 minutes by motorcycle taxi, until I got there I was rejected outright on the grounds that I should be on the 27th. The officer didn't even dare to show it if my name is on the list. If you don't intend to work as a public servant, you don't have to work there. There are many people who deserve more and need work. There are about 4-5 of my colleagues who are forced not to be vaccinated because of these reasons. It's said to be late, the schedule is wrong, it's said that the vaccine should not be there because our office is in Sudirman. All of you officers are inferior to beasts. Take other people for granted. Pls please take action against such rude people

Tolong dong itu bidan yg meriksa hamil jngn jutek bngt,, hrs ny kn ramahh klo nanganin ibu hamil. Tolong di perbaiki pelayanan ny. Krngg baguss.

Hari ini baru berkunjung kesini lagi, setelah sebelumnya mendapat pelayanan yang sangat buruk dan membuat saya menghindari untuk bersinggungan dengan layanan kesehatan disini. Tapi hari ini pelayanan sudah lebih baik, petugas sudah ramah dan membantu serta sabar menghadapi pasien. Tidak lagi ada petugas yang marah-marah kepada pasien. Semoga semakin baik.
Today I just visited here again, after having received a very bad service and made me avoid contacting health services here. But today the service is better, the officers are friendly and help and patiently face patients. No more officers are angry with patients. Hopefully the better.

Anak 1,5 tahun numbuh gigi tapi baru sampe pendaftaran udah disuruh pulang karna menurut petugas itu normal , padahal saya sudah bilang kalau anak saya udah 2 hari ga tidur , APAKAH ITU NORMAL ?? Akhirnya saya pulang tanpa bawa obat pereda nyeri apapun untuk anak saya . Saya langsung bawa ke bidan , dibidan dikasih obat tuh . Pantes dijakarta sering banyak yg ga ketolong nyawa nya kalau berobat yg gratis . Pelayanan nya lambat !!
A 1.5 year old child has teeth but has just arrived at registration and has been told to go home because according to the officer it's normal, even though I told you that my child hasn't slept for 2 days, IS THAT NORMAL?? Finally I went home without any painkillers for my child. I immediately took him to the midwife, the midwife was given medicine. It's no wonder that in Jakarta, there are often many who don't save their lives if they get free treatment. The service is slow!!

Pelayanan buruk, pasien ngantri ga kdengeran d marah2in pdhal suara panggilanny kecil. Pd saat screning judes bgt. Kbtulan sy hny bkin sertifikat imunisasi, sy kasin liat yg skit d omel2in aplg klo yg brobat org tua, mungkn pendgran sdh krg,makin judes ibunya. Mrka pd mw berobat bkn mw d omelin. Halo ibu2 yg gemuk d depannnnn maaf sy ga liat nm ibu,,, tugas ibu mmg melayani,,, tlg layani dgn iklas. Jgn bwanny mw mkn org.
