MaashaAllah the service here is very satisfying!! feel really served with all my heart and and selflessly. My husband and I asked to be referred to the athlete's guesthouse, and asked to bring their own car and was served very well. very satisfied with the service ️

Pasien dengan gejala demam, batuk, dan pilek disuruh nunggu di luar (di bawah tenda di depan bangunan Puskesmas) tapi dokternya nggak kunjung keluar padahal nggak ada pasien lain. Dari dalam Puskesmas terdengar suara tawa haha-hihi nakesnya, sementara pasien yang menunggu di luar nggak ditangani.
The doctor was not alert. Patients with symptoms of fever, cough, and runny nose were told to wait outside (under a tent in front of the Puskesmas building) but the doctor didn't come out even though there were no other patients. From inside the Health Center there was the sound of laughter from the health workers, while the patients waiting outside were not treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus dan tempatnya bersih. Petugas juga responsif dalam menangani pasien terlebih saat merujuk pasien covid. Semoga seluruh petugas Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kelurahan Setia Budi dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelayanannya hingga dapat menjadi Puskesmas terbaik di Jakarta.
The service is good and the place is clean. Officers are also responsive in handling patients, especially when referring Covid patients. Hopefully all health workers at the Setia Budi Village Health Center can improve their performance in their services so that they can become the best Puskesmas in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini kali ke2 saya positif covid, dan pic puskesmas kel setiabudi sangat responsif menanggapi laporan saya via wa, membantu rujukan untuk ke wisma atlet, mengirimkan obat ketika wisma atlet masih full sehingga harus isoman sementara. juga membantu saya ketika mencari vaksin. terima kasih banyak yaaa... saya sangat terbantu sekali :)
this is my 2nd time being positive for covid, and the pic of the Kel Setiabudi health center is very responsive in responding to my report via wa, helping referrals to the athlete's house, sending medicine when the athlete's house is still full so it has to be temporary isoman. also helped me when looking for a vaccine. thank you very much... it helped me a lot :)
