★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kakak saya kecelakaan jatuh dari motor (malam hari) langsung ke klinik 24 jam untuk dijahit lukanya. Esok harinya kesini untuk minta surat rujukan rontgen (kawatir ada yg retak/patah). Tapi dokter yang bertugas bilang, surat rujukan akan dikeluarkan setelah luka jahitan kering.
Aneh sekali.
Mohon kepada pihak terkait untuk lebih diperhatikan lagi pelayanannya.
My sister had an accident falling from her motorcycle (at night) and went straight to the 24-hour clinic to have her wounds stitched up. The next day, come here to ask for an X-ray reference letter (worried that there is a crack / broken). But the doctor on duty said a referral letter would be issued once the stitches were dry.
Very weird.
We ask related parties to pay more attention to their services.

Masih banyak kok calon nakes yg bisa melayani dengan ramah dan sesuai tugas nakes. Tolong dong yg kekgini di pangkas. Jgn sampe meresahkan. Org ke puskesmas walaupun gratis tujuannya mau berobat. Bukan nambah sakit !!!!

There are still many prospective health workers who can serve in a friendly manner and according to the health worker's duties. Please trim the latest one. Don't get worried. Even though it's free to go to the puskesmas, the goal is to seek treatment. Not getting sick!!!!

Anda semua itu tenaga medis dan kami adalah pasien / orang sakit bukan orang sehat. Jadi jangan jutek , jangan gentak pasien.
Mohon perbaiki.
From the registration, the nurse to the doctor, everything was jutek.
You are all medical personnel and we are patients / sick people not healthy people. So don't be rude, don't bully the patient.
