β β β β β Very bad customer service and overall service, bought same day PCR package and after h+1 there is still no result, customer service reply 3-4 hours later and quickly close the conversation without resolution, phone call never picked up and the email never replied

β β β β β Please be careful when you book your PCR test appointment here. I purposedly selected the 24-hr PCR result test as I need it urgently and was willing to pay a little bit extra. But now it has been well over a day and still do not have the result yet. be careful when you use their service......whatever stated there may not be what you will get.

β β β β β Booked a PCR appointment thru halodoc app. Turned out the clinic was closed for two days. The staff had confirmed to halodoc about it. But I could still book an appointment. So the appointment is canceled. But they haven't refunded my payment. Halodoc said it took 7-14 days. Been 15 days and still nothing ?

β β β β β The driver that send my medication apparently send it to the wrong house and never confirmed. As my precise location and house number is not on the app. Even when I left the note. And now Halodoc doesnβt even want to return my money and telling me to go and contact the driver who send the medication. This is already 2 days. So in other words they dont want to assist and telling me to clean up my own problem. Whats the point of having customer support to resolve your issue. When you tell the customer to deal with it themselves. Very unacceptable behavior.
For those who want to order from their app is a precaution. Expect a very poor, lazy and arrogant customer support team. This will be the last time I will ever use their services.
