★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau tanya terkait dengan keberadaan puskesmas dekat sekolah barunawati (yang tidak terdaftar di peta) kenapa pelayanannya sangat kurang professional? Sudah jelas ada rekam medik yang membutuhkan rujukan, namun hari pertama datang di tolak (sampai dokter tempat berobat geleng kepala), akhirnya kami coba tuk ikuti anjuran test lab dan petugas di kecamatan juga bilang seharusnya dapat rujukan untuk kasus ini, hari ini kamis tgl.15 maret 2018 di datengin ....poli yang di tuju malah tidak ada.....(padahal jadwal periksa ada di senin untuk baru, selasa dan kamis untuk yang sudah pernah), ini malah ngga ada 1 pun yang jaga di poli tsb?
Apakah ini bentuk pelayan kepada masyarakat?
Mohon penjelasannya .

(Note : yang berobat itu ibu hamil.....dan kondisi ngga 100 % fit,...kadi apakah emang harus mondar mandir sana sini sampai gawat dulu baru di approve?)
I want to ask about the existence of the puskesmas near the Barunawati school (which is not listed on the map) why is the service so lacking in professionalism? It is clear that there is a medical record that requires a referral, but the first day came in the refusal (to the doctor where the head doctor was treated), finally we tried to follow the recommendation of the lab test and the officials in the sub-district also said that they should be able to get a reference for this case, today thursday. 15 March 2018 arrived ... the destination poly is not even available ... (even though the check schedule is on Monday for new, Tuesday and Thursday for those who have already), there is not even one guarded in poly. that?
Is this a form of service to society?

(Note: those who seek treatment are pregnant women ... and the conditions are not 100% fit, ... so does it really have to go back and forth until it is dangerous first and then approved?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari sekian banyak puskesmas yg sya tlp,cuma ini yg angkat pdhal tlp dijam kerja jam 10 pagi,sya kasih bintang 5 dah for appreciation,mksh bwt infonya.
Of the many health centers that I have called, only this one picked up even though the phone was at work at 10 am, I gave 5 stars for appreciation, thanks for the info.
