★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di web infonya sabtu tutup jam 16.. Datang jam 13.40an sudah gak diterima sama kasir depan dan jawabnya kurang ramah bilang sekarang tutupnya jam 14. Padahal sama bagian lab masih boleh. Mau cek lab darah rutin buat anak demam 3 hari. Untung masih dapat di tempat lain. Pelayanan bagian depan sangat tidak ramah dan tidak mau menerima pasien padahal belum waktunya tutup. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
The info on the web is that Saturday closes at 16. Coming at 13.40, the front cashier has not received it and the answer is not friendly, saying now it closes at 14. Even though the lab is still allowed. Want to check the blood lab routinely for a child with a fever for 3 days. Luckily it can be found elsewhere. The front service is very unfriendly and does not want to accept patients even though it is not yet time to close. Hopefully the service can be improved again.
