There are 1 main staircase and 1 emergency staircase and use the elevator. Spacious car park and there is a comfortable waiting room

VERY bad service for the receptionist / cashier, not the doctor / midwife who handles it.

Karena pake bpjs mungkin. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya cukup kecewa sama dokter gigi disini, kayanya laki” klo dari suaranya. Karna memakai apd jd saya gk bisa tau dia pr atau lk.
Cara bicaranya sprti meremehkan, padahal saya “HANYA” bertanya “kata org kalau cabut gigi blm goyang beresiko kebutaan?” Dia jawab “Kamu lahir tahun 95 tp kenapa pola fikir seperti org lahir tahun 45?” Suaranya agak menekan dan samar samar sprti meremehkan (semoga saya yg keliru menafsirkan nada bicaranya) trus dia tanya saya “gigi lebih dekat ke hidung atau kemata?” Saya jawab “hidung” kemudian dia jawab “sudah tau hidung kan ? Ya berati kalau gigi diketok yg sakit hidung dulu bukan langsung kemata” sangat sangat ketus nada bicaranya !!!! Kenapa sih ga jawab aja yg simpel “gak menyebabkan kebutaan kok” kan beress.
HELLOWWW DOKTER !! KALAU GIGI SAKIT YG KELUAR ITU AIR MATA BUKAN AIR HIDUNG !!!
Tolong lah PELAYANANYA DIPERBAIKI.. YA, Saya pasien BPJS tapi saya bayar tiap bulanya untuk BPJS !!!

I'm quite disappointed with the dentist here, it's like a man, ”said his voice. Because I wore what I was wearing, I couldn't tell if he was homework or lk.
His way of speaking is like an understatement, even though I "ONLY" asked, "said the person if you pull out a tooth that has not been shaken there is a risk of blindness?" He replied, "You were born in 95 but why the mindset like people born in 45?" His voice was a bit depressing and faintly dismissive (I hope I misinterpreted his tone) then he asked me "teeth are closer to the nose or eyes?" I answered "nose" then he replied "already know the nose, right? Yes, it means that when you knock your teeth, you hurt your nose first, not directly to your eyes, ”the tone is very, very sharp !!!! Why don't you just answer the simple "it doesn't cause blindness", right?
HELLOWWW DOCTOR !! IF SICK TEETHS ARE OUT THAT ARE Tears NOT NOSE WATER !!!
Please repair the service .. YES, I am a BPJS patient but I pay every month for BPJS !!!

Kirain pertama doang yg jutek eh yg kedua kali datang sama aja. Mending k puskesmas kebon jeruk.
Pelayanan jauh lebih baik dr yg disini.
Dokter cukup ramah tp resepsionis depan jutek. Dah tua, jutek lagi. Moga dimutasi resepsionis yg kyak gini. Masa resepsionis jutek, wong dokter aja ramah.

I think the first one is dirty, the second time comes the same. Better the Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas.
The service is much better than the one here.
The doctor is friendly enough but the front receptionist is jutek. Bye old, jutek again Hopefully transferred to the receptionist who believes like this. The receptionist period is jutek, the doctor is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu kasus anak saya kena DBD,, harus bolak balik ngojek dari Puskes Kelapa Dua ke Puskes Kebon Jeruk untuk cek darah dan harus balik lagi untuk nemuin Dokter nya lalu harus balik lagi ke IGD PKJ nunggu untuk rujukan ke RS. Sumber Waras.. Mana anak saya kondisi nya udh lemez,, saya nya juga kecapean..
When my son got dengue, he had to go back and forth by taxi from the Kelapa Dua Health Center to the Kebon Jeruk Health Center for a blood test and had to come back to find the doctor and then have to go back to the PKJ Emergency Room to wait for a referral to the hospital. Sumber sane.. Where is my child's condition is already weak,, I'm also tired..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir motor cukup, ruang tunggu kurang memadai apalagi saat covid tempat duduknya berkurang jd harus berdiri. Lokasi mudah ditemukan.
Parking for motorbikes is sufficient, the waiting room is inadequate, especially during Covid the seats are reduced so you have to stand up. Location is easy to find.
