★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang baik pelayanan dan doktrnyaa...padahal udh disarakan SMA rsud Kemayoran minta rujukan kepuskesmas ini.. ga diksih...percuma ada BPJS malah disuruh ya kersud cempaka putih yg byr.. ga diksih rujukan!!! Tolong dong diperbaikin masa tunggu parah baru diksih rujukan!! Tolong dong dinas kesehatan dicek ni puskemas ini.
 Lack of good service and doctrine ... even though it was suggested by the Kemayoran rsud high school to ask for a referral to this health center ... no thanks ... it's useless to have BPJS instead told to kersud Cempaka Putih byr ... no referral ... Please fix the bad waiting period, then get a referral !! Please check the health office at this clinic.

Apkh is right in the new Cempaka Public Health Center. Yq cooperates with vaskes. Which was carried out at sdn 12 on tanqql 15 july. Please answer

Saat saya baru dtg depan puskesmas, saya langsung di tolak berobat. Saat itu dokter tsb minta lihat bpjs kesehatan saya dan bpjs saya luar daerah. Dia lgsg blg gak bisa berobat disini, hrus d faskes tertera d bpjs. Lah saya sakit, asam lambung naik, trus d suruh berobat d faskes medan sedangkan saya d jkt???. Lah gimana?
Trus saya d suruh ke klinik berbayar. Apa gunanya bpjs?
Biasanya saya bisa pakai bpjs luar daerah tp emg ada bayar biaya pendaftaran gtu 10rb.
Hari jumat tgl 27/08/2021 saya di tolak berobat di puskesmas ini dan d suruh ke klinik berbayar
Super bad service. The doctor is super bad, there is no ethics. Is that a doctor or what??
When I just arrived in front of the puskesmas, I was immediately refused treatment. At that time the doctor asked to see my health bpjs and my bpjs outside the area. He immediately said he couldn't get treatment here, he had to go to the health facilities listed on the BPJS. I was sick, stomach acid went up, then I was ordered to go to the field health facility for treatment while I was on JKT???. How's that?
Then I was told to go to a paid clinic. What is the use of bpjs?
Usually I can use bpjs outside the area, but there is a registration fee of 10 thousand.
On Friday 27/08/2021 I was refused treatment at this health center and told to go to a paid clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang ramah dan tidak nyaman... Untuk tempat parkir juga tidak ada. Tolong pemda ditindak lanjuti ya.. Karena sangat tidak nyaman pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan nya sangat buruk, security nya juga sangat tidak ramah, nyesel juga berobat kesini padahal gak pakai bpjs, minus banget untuk pelayanan disini gak patut di apresiasi sama sekali
