★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa, pengujian kesesuaian alat tidak tuntas dan menyebabkan alat rusak, harus menambah cost yang cukup besar untuk perbaikan, pengiriman hasil dijanjikan 1 bulan setelah pengujian tetapi dikirim lebih dari waktu yang dijanjikan padahal uji tidak sampai tuntas.
Disappointed, the suitability test of the tool was not complete and caused the tool to be damaged, had to add a large enough cost for repairs, the delivery of the results was promised 1 month after the test but was sent more than the promised time even though the test was not completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services. We tried to test our medical devices developed in our lab in BPFK.
They promised that the test would only take 2 weeks. The test instead started after 2 weeks. After 7 weeks, we did not even get the results.
We do hope that this facility can improve their services with the good corporate governance instructed by the minister of health.
