Dgn alasan sy hrs antigen terlebih dahulu
Pdhl sy tidak pakai BPJS alias berbayar biar LBH mudah
Kenapa g dr awal bilng klu memang ada kewajiban antigen
Jgn org disuruh byr pendaftaran Bru nunggu ber jam2 ga tau nya ga bs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomor tlp susah di hubungi, jarang bgt pernah tersambung... nungguin hasil PCR dari tgl 26 januari 2022 katanya tgl 28 januari 2022 hasilnya sudah bisa dilihat di aplikasi peduli lindungi, tapi sampai tgl 31 januari 2022 hasil masih tidak ada, sedangkan kantor saya, keluarga saya, tetangga saya butuh kepastian akan hasil PCR tsb. Sampai saya email ke 3 alamat email milik puskesmas KMY, masih blm dpt respon yg baik juga. Padahal Dokternya mengharuskan saya PCR krn saya ada indikasi terinfeksi oleh virus, krn mengalami panas, batuk, pilek, nyeri sendi, kepala pusing. . Aneh nya lagi dokter di ruang ispa dr. Nita chandra nirwana tidak memberikan saya obat antibiotik, saya hanya di ksh obat flu (chlorphenamine maleate), paracetamol dan vitamin.
Setelah saya datangilagi follow up hasil pcr saya, ternyata data PCR saya hilang pada tanggal 26 januari 2022. Akhirnya saya melakukan pcr ulang pada 02 februari 2022. Hasil keluar pada 03 februari 2022 jam 12.00WIB menyatakan bahwa saya POSITIF covid 19. Belum ada follow up dari puskesmas kecamatan kemayoran tindakan apa yg harus saya ambil. Dirumah saya jg ada balita dan lansia umur 84.
Minta surat sakit juga khusus pasien yg ada di ugd aja. Kalau msh di poli umum sulit. Kalaupun dapet cuma di kasih 1 hr. Padahal hasil PCR bs lebih 1 hari.
Saya akui mengjangkau pelayanan puskes KMY melalui fasilitas online memang sulit jadi saya sering mengharuskan diri datang langsung ke tempat tsb.
Jangan berharap untuk cepat deh disini, kalau cepat berarti anda beruntung.
Semoga bs diperbaiki lg ya pelayanannya.
