 On 18/01/2022 at 11:45 it's closed...what time is it normal for the puskesmas to close...is each area different?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan nya parah.. Istri udah mau lahiran malah di suruh rujukan ke rumah sakit, yg bkin saya kesal kenpa saya suruh pesen grab mobil?
Sementara itu puskesmas ada ambulan..
Padahal istri udah ga kuat, eh akhir nya lahiran jg dipuskesmas..
Jadi tolong lah buat orng2 puskesmas karawaci baru, kerja lebih ikhlas dong, istri lahiran taruhan nyawa jadi lebih di prioritas lah..
Jgn mntang2 istri saya pake BPJS jadi pelayanan nya mau ga mau

Don't ask my wife to use BPJS so the service wants it or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya parah, minta rujukan prosesnya lama padahal udah datang dari jam 7 dan pendaftaran di RS cuma sampe jam 11 eh ini sampa jam stngh 12 blm selesai juga surat rujukannya. Padahal untuk yg sedang berobat jalan harusnya di permudah karena memang proses penanganan lebih lanjutnya di RS bukan di puskesmas eh ini malah di bikin lama padahal kalo minta surat doang dibikin cepat kan jadi enak mengurangi antrian
