★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk bgt, saya cuma minta rujukannya lama bgt hrs test swab dlu,nunggu antri dlu,nunggu dipanggil hasil swab,udh tau saya mau lahiran,dsruh cepat2 dirawat dr RS,udh perut saya sakit krna nunggu kelamaan..nunggu surat rujukan ja nunggu berjam2..akhirnya krna ga kuat nahan perut sakit saya pergi ja..dtg k RS sakit dipersulit juga krna ga da surat rujukan dr puskesmas...ujung2nya klo byr cash skitar 12juta dCaesar cuma operasi duanx belum lain-lainya...terpaksa saya pulng kemahalan...nunggu lahir normal ja...drdlu mang males nmya k puskesmas pelayanan burk..Ade saya jg wkt mnt rujukan karena mau dirawat dRS kena penyakit kanker otak malah dipersulit krna kelamaan nunggu ngdroup Ade saya...mang semua pelayanan puskesmas buruk...

I was forced to going home is expensive... waiting for a normal birth so... drdlu is really lazy to go to the health center with bad service.. Ade I also asked for a referral because I wanted to be treated at the hospital for brain cancer, it was even more difficult because I waited too long for my Ade... all services bad hospital...

Saya memang tidak tinggal di sana, tapi KTP & Faskes BPJS saya di PKM CIBODASARI . Tanggal 7 Juli 2021, saya terpapar covid 19. Dan posisi hamil suka kontraksi banyak keluhan juga. Nah saya sudah laporan ke PKM domisili tapi mereka bilang lgsg sesuai sama faskes minta rujukan ke poli ILI. Oke, saya Dateng karna saya WA tidak pernah di respon. Sampai sana kepoli covid sudah tutup, dan diarahkan ke poli kandungan. Nah sampai di poli kandungan saya menemui salahsatu bidan tersebut, saya tauu jadwal nya memang salah, saya datang hari Kamis sedangkan saya kebagian hari Senin, nah kendalanya tuh saya banyak keluhan loh. Tau respon bidan itu apa ? Suruh saya diluar., Yaudah saya keluar dan dia nelpon kader nya, eh selesai dia nelpon dia bentak2 saya dengan kalimat "KAMU KENAPA PASIEN COVID MALAH KELAYAPAN, KENAPA GA ISOMAN AJA. KLO TADI SAYA MELAYANI KAMU, BERARTI KAMY MENULARKAN VIRUS KE SAYA & NAKES YANG LAIN" hellooooww. Gua dr awal udh bilang gua postcovid. Nah Lo sendiri gak pake baju APD kan? PKM lain pakeee loh. Nah dari dalem terdengar nakes nimbalin gini "harusnya klo udh tau positif, dirumah aja tau diri jangan kelayapan. Klo kita ketularan siapa yg mau tanggung jwb". Gua gamau keluyuran klo kalian cepet tanggep. Cuman permasalahan TEMPAT TINGGAL sampe hrs dipersulit, tanpa ada obat2an, sampe skrg gua masih ngalamin keluhan di kandungan apalagi ketuban udh tercampur infeksi. Nah klo mau berobat kepoli harus ada uang, sedangkan lagi PPKM gini. Saya sudah laporkan nakes yg bertugas hari Kamis kemarin ke gugus Banten , Dinkes dan pihak BPJS. Saya punya saksi kok kemarin. Dan ada bukti nya juga. Tidak mengada - Ngada. Semoga nakes yg kemarin bertugas tidak merasakan hal yang sama seperti saya.

Well, I came out and he called his cadre, after he finished he called, he snapped at me with the sentence "WHY ARE YOU A COVID PATIENT EVEN A FEW, WHY NOT ISOMAN. IF I WAS SERVING YOU, IT MEANS WE'RE TRANSMITTING THE VIRUS TO ME & NAKES. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . OTHER" hellooowww. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke Puskesmas Cibodasari untuk pengecekan kehamilan pertamakali. Kebetulan faskes 1 di sini, jadi datang pagi sebelum jam 8 untuk pendaftaran. Petugas pendaftarannya ramah dan sangat membantu. Setelah mendaftar, menunggu di depan poli KIA di gedung berbeda dari pendaftaran. Kekurangan yang pertama adalah kurangnya tempat duduk untuk menunggu padahal poli KIA kebanyakan ibu hamil yang sebaiknya duduk. Semoga kedepannya disediakan tempat duduk yang cukup.
Karena pengecekan kehamilan yang pertama kali, jadi langsung cek darah. Cek darah berupa Glukosa, HIV, Syphilis, Hemoglobin, dan lain-lain.
Petugas lab untuk cek darahnya sangat tidak ramah, judes dan tidak kooperatif. Banyak ibu hamil yang mengeluh ketika diambil darahnya sangat sakit. Mohon kedepannya lebih ramah dan informatif.
Ketika dipanggil untuk diperiksa bidan, bidan sangat ramah dan sangat informatif. Saya tanya ini itu dan tetap dijawab dengan ramah dan jelas.
Tetapi karena kehamilan saya masih 9 minggu, jadi belum diperiksa detak jantung janin. Untuk USG tidak dicover BPJS karena tidak ada keluhan apa-apa. Jika ingin USG maka menggunakan dana pribadi dan di RS atau bidan lain. Kebijakan terbaru BPJS untuk USG hanya 1 kali pun dengan keluhan yang benar-benar urgent.
Kemudian bidan memberi resep obat yang sesuai dengan keluhan ibu hamil. Untuk saya, diberikan Folic Acid sebagai penambah darah dan B6 untuk mual. Petugas apoteknya pun ramah dan informatif. Setelah itu menunggu hasil cek darah dan selesai.
Secara keseluruhan, Puskesmas Cibodasari memberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik. Hanya perlu ditingkatkan masalah fasilitas tempat duduk dan keramahan petugas lab.
Semua petugas dan bidan menggunakan pelindung lengkap dikarenakan covid-19. Kebersihan Puskesmas pun baik. Hanya saja air untuk cuci tangan kurang diperhatikan, sudah habis tetapi tidak diisi kembali.
Disarankan datang pagi karena jumlah pasien di poli KIA dibatasi dikarenakan covid-19.

When called to be examined by midwives, midwives were very friendly and very informative. I asked this and that and it was answered in a friendly and clear manner.
But because my pregnancy is still 9 weeks, so the fetal heart rate has not been checked. The USG was not covered by the BPJS because there were no complaints. If you want ultrasound then use your personal funds and in a hospital or another midwife. The latest BPJS policy for USG is only one time with complaints that are truly urgent.
Then the midwife prescribes drugs that are in accordance with complaints of pregnant women. For me, given Folic Acid as a blood booster and B6 for nausea. The pharmacy officer was friendly and informative. After that, wait for the results of blood tests and finished.
Overall, the Cibodasari Health Center provides excellent services. The only problem is the seating facilities and friendliness of the lab staff.
All officers and midwives use complete protection because of co-19. Cleanliness of Puskesmas is also good. It's just that the water for washing hands is less attention, is gone but not refilled.
It is recommended to come in the morning because the number of patients in MCH poly is limited due to covid-19.
