β β β β β Pelayanan buruk sekali, Pak Satpam sama sekali tidak mengayomi suka berbicara dengan nada tinggi & sangat tidak ramah. Tolonglah tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya tidak perlu kalian berlaku semena-mena seperti itu mentang2 puskesmas di daerah sini memang tidak banyak ?
Very bad service, Mr. Security guard does not protect at all likes to speak in a high tone & is very unfriendly. Please improve the service again, you don't need to act arbitrarily like that because there are not many health centers in this area

β β β β β Puskesmas ini sebenarnya pelayanan nya sudah cukup baik, hanya saja 1 bulan terakhir ini sy mengalami pelayanan di klinik gigi yg tidak baik.
Berikut sy coba jelaskan kronologis nya :
1. Sy sakit gigi disebelah kanan bawah, oleh dokter puskesmas diberikan obat penghilang rasa sakit' dan anti biotik. Dan dokter bilang dia gak bisa ambil tindakan.
2. Karena masih sakit dan obat sudah habis, sy puskesmas lgi. Dan diberikan obat yg sama dan dokter bilang obat ini cuma penghilang rasa sakit tidak bisa menyembuhkan, harus diambil tindakan, tpi dia tidak bisa ambil tindakan.
Dan dokter bilang, obat hanya bisa diberikan cuma 2 kali dalam sebulan.
3. Karena masih sakit dan nyaris gak bisa makan, sy k puskesmas lgi. Dokter bilang kalo mau sembuh harus diambil tindakan ( dicabut ). Tpi sekali lagi kalo dia tidak bisa lakukan tindakan, cuma mau kasih obat lgi, tpi saya gak mau karena sy juga punya obat nyeri dari dokter syaraf.
Lalu sy minta rujukan ke RS agar gigi sy dicabut, tpi dia bilang surat rujukan ke RS cuma untuk bedah mulut.
Lalu dia mau cabut gigi, tpi saya harus lakukan tes antigen dulu. Padahal 2 bulan sebelum nya Sy pernah cabut gigi sebelah kiri di puskesmas ini yg dilakukan oleh dokter lainya.
Dokter gigi yg ini cuma Konsul aja pakai APD lengkap. Kan aneh banget ada dokter seperti ini.
Sy jadi kesal banget karena dipermainkan oleh dokter seperti ini.
Kalo takut mati jangan jdi dokter.
Pertanyaan sy apa iya, ada aturan yg puskesmas tidak bisa melakukan tindakan ( cabut gigi )?
Mohon dijelaskan oleh pihak yg berwenang di puskesmas.
Dan apakah iya, ada aturan pasien harus tes antigen dulu baru dokter boleh melakukan tindakan.
Semoga pimpinan puskesmas menindaklanjuti keluhan sy ini. Dan menjelaskan sejelas-jelasnya dan solusinya.

This health center actually has good service, it's just that in the last 1 month I have experienced bad service at the dental clinic.
Here I try to explain the chronology:
1. I have a toothache on the lower right, the doctor at the puskesmas is given painkillers and anti-biotics. And the doctor said he couldn't take action.
2. Because I was still sick and the medicine had run out, I went to the puskesmas again. And given the same medicine and the doctor said this medicine is just a pain reliever, it can't cure, action must be taken, but he can't take action.
And the doctor said, the drug can only be given only 2 times a month.
3. Because I was still sick and could barely eat, I went to the puskesmas again. The doctor said if you want to recover, you have to take action (removed). But again, if he can't take action, he just wants to give him more medicine, but I don't want to because I also have pain medicine from a neurologist.
Then I asked for a referral to the hospital to have my tooth extracted, but he said the referral letter to the hospital was only for oral surgery.
Then he wanted to extract the tooth, but I had to do an antigen test first. Whereas 2 months before, I had my left tooth extracted at this health center which was done by another doctor.
This dentist is only a consul, wearing full PPE. It's really strange to have a doctor like this.
I was really annoyed because the doctor was being toyed with like this.
If you're afraid to die, don't be a doctor.
My question is, is there a rule that the puskesmas cannot take action (tooth extraction)?
Please explain by the authorities at the health center.
And is there a rule that the patient must first test for antigen before the doctor can take action.
Hopefully the head of the puskesmas will follow up on my complaint. And explain clearly and the solution.

β β β β β Yang bisa jawab ramah cuma tukang parkir ama sekuriti luar (yang orangnya kecil)
Harusnya diumumin stok vaksin yang tersedia apa aja, udah antri ternyata ga siap vaksinnya.
The only ones who can answer friendly are the parking attendants and outside security (who are small people)

β β β β β Minta surat keterangan dokter yg dilampirkan dgn foto masa bayar ya, di kenakan 22 ribu dan kata tetangga sy yg beda puskesmas malah bilang hanya bayar 10rb dan bisa melalu apa lokasi gopay, ovo dll nya, pas sy yg mengalami ngga ada di bilang seperti itu, sy kasihan aja bagi org yg tdk mampu jika hrs bayar 22rb dan ngga ada bukti terima pembayaran 22rb tersebut, cukup tauu
Ask for a doctor's certificate attached with a photo of the pay period, yes, it's 22 thousand and my neighbor said that in a different health center, instead he said he only paid 10 thousand and what kind of gopay, ovo, etc. locations, when I experienced it, it wasn't said like that, I just feel sorry for people who can't afford it if they have to pay 22 thousand and there is no proof of receiving the 22 thousand payment, that's enough you know

β β β β β Pengalaman saat Booster tanggal 24 Maret tidak menyenangkan di Puskesmas Emas ini...
BD yg nyuntik tidak ramah dan jutek.
Dan anak saya berumur 9 tahun ikutan Vaksin Pertama disana, ternyata juga mendapat perlakuan yang sama seperti saya.
Tolong dihimbau kepada petugas Medis disana agar bersikap ramah kepada pasien. Kami ini manusia bukan binatang...
Bekerja dengan ikhlas dari hati.

BD who injects unfriendly and dirty.
And my 9 year old son took the First Vaccine there, apparently he also received the same treatment as me.
Please advise the medical staff there to be friendly to patients. We are humans not animals...

β β β β β Tolong untuk satpam diberi pengarahan dan koordinasi biar ga asal jawab dan jangan belagu!
Saya tanya satpam dimana lokasi swab karena saya diberi petunjuk gugus tugas untuk datang saat itu, malah dibilang ga ada jadwal swab. Saya juga tanya lab dimana, malah dijawab "kepentingannya apa? Dengar baik2, sekali lagi saya bilang ga ada jadwal" (dengan nada tinggi).
JELAS SAYA DATANG KARENA ADA JADWAL DAN MEMANG BISA SWAB DI LAB.

I asked the security guard where the swab location was because I was given instructions by the task force to come at that time, instead they said there was no swab schedule. I also asked where the lab was, instead they were answered "what's the point? Listen carefully, once again I said there is no schedule" (in a high tone).
OBVIOUSLY I COME BECAUSE THERE WAS A SCHEDULE AND I CAN SWAB IN THE LAB.

Saya membawa anak saya hendak imunisasi.,pertama saya dibuat jengkel dengan sistem parkir puskesmas..dimana seharusnya ada tempat parkir motor..,ini malah disuruh parkir di luar dan berbayar.....kemudian setelah daftar saya disuruh tunggu oleh pihak loket di ruang dekat poli gigi (terakhir saya imunisasi jg di situ) setelah nunggu lama...istri saya nanya berkali-kali karena nama anak saya belum jg dipanggil...hingga istri saya dibentak...kemudian saya komplain ke petugas pendaftaran dan katanya akan dicek lg...kemudian ada petugas pria yg memanggil nama anak saya...dan mengarahkan di ruang KB...istri saya membawa anak saya ke ruang tersebut dan di sana istri saya mendapat perlakuan yg tdk menyenangkan dibilang istri saya sudah ditunggu drtd dngn nada kasar. Kepada Manajemen Puskesmas Jalan Emas....tolong perbaiki fasilitas dan attitude pegawai anda....!! Beri Informasi ruangan dengan jelas....!! dan sediakan fasilitas parkir dengan baik...!!
My experience was April 13, 2022. I brought my child for immunization.,First I was annoyed with the puskesmas parking system..where there should be a motorbike parking lot..,I was told to park outside and pay for it.....then after registering I was told to wait by the counter in the room near the dental clinic (the last time I was immunized there) after a long wait...my wife asked me many times because my child's name had not been called...until my wife was shouted at...then I complained to the registration officer and he said he would check again...then there was a male officer who called my child's name...and directed me to the family planning room...my wife took my child to the room and there my wife got unpleasant treatment it is said that my wife has been waiting for drtd with a rude tone. To the management of Jalan Emas Health Center....please improve the facilities and attitude of your employees....!! Give the room information clearly....!! and provide good parking facilities...!!
