★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan sebenernya sudah cukup oke, pegawainya ramah dan cepat. hanya saja untuk proses antriannya masih amburadul. banyak ibu2 yang ngambil nomor antrian lebih dari 1 buat backup kalo mereka lupa atau apalah tujuannya. yang pasti saya agak dongkol juga liatnya karena terlalu barbar dan ga ada penertiban dari sisi pegawai puskesmasnya
 The service is actually quite okay, the staff is friendly and fast. it's just that the queue process is still messy. many mothers who take queue numbers more than 1 for backups if they forget or whatever the purpose. What is certain is that I am a bit annoyed to see it because it is too barbaric and there is no discipline from the side of the puskesmas staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau cabut gigi nggk bisa, minta surat rujukan nggk bisa. Alasan dokternya nggak ada, lagi ngurusin vaksin covid. Gajelas dikira masalah kesehatan cuma covid doang.
I can't extract my teeth, I can't ask for a referral letter. The reason the doctor is not there, is taking care of the covid vaccine. It's not clear that the only health problem is Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat dipersulit untuk cek lab. Daftar suruh lewat online. Tp slow respon dan jawabannya sangat tidak profesional. masak gara" hamil baru 9 minggu jawabannya suruh cek di lab lain. Pantesan beraninya cuma lewat nomer whatsapp. Klo ketemu langsung mah udh gue ****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setau saya yg namanya puskesmas itu melayani masyarakat,tp tidak untuk diPKM baja ini, suruh daftar online slow respon bgt balasan nya jg tidak profesional judes sangat, , saya hamil 5bulan mau cek lab Hb dipersulit sangat di over sana sini sampe bulak balik 3 kali karna jadwal yg diberikan pihak PKM tidak sesuai, akhirnya tidak bisa jg karna saya tidak punya BPJS dan kebetulan saya baru pindah ke dekat puskesmas sini jadi baru dan blm punya KTP Tangerang dan saya cuma make surat domisili saja tetep ditolak. Alasan nya harus yg punya BPJS dan KTP sini saja

The reason is that you have to have BPJS and ID cards here

Yang punya gejala seperti flu, pilek, batuk dan sejenisnya dilayani di gedung khusus pasien ILI (Influenza Like Illness). Yang baru pertama kali berobat perlu tes swab antigen Covid dulu, gratis. Serahkan KTP/JKN nya ke petugas depan gerbang untuk dibantu pendaftarannya.
