pembyarn engga pke kwitansi,
bad service, not friendly, angry

β β β β β Pelayanan kok kaya gitu. Ga usah marah marah ngegas dan bentak bentak. Masyarakat yg kurang faham diberi pemahaman dengan cara yg baik, bukan dengan emosional. Heran pelayanan publik apa lagi ini dibidang kesehatan malah kaya gitu.

β β β β β Saya kalo ditanya sesuatu dan saya jawab dengan nyolot biasanya karena saya kurang paham dan tidak mau menunjukan kekurangpahaman saya. Karena saya malu. Mungkin petugas di sini juga seperti itu. Kurang menguasai apa yang harusnya dikuasai petugas kesehatan. Sehingga ketika ditanya, dijawab dengan emosi. Karena takut ketahuan kalau dirinya kurang memahami apa yang ditanyakan pasien.
Saran untuk kepala Puskesmas Karadenan, untuk secara rutin adakan pelatihan atau seminar terkait kesehatan dan pelayanan.

β β β β β Berobat tapi ko diminta biaya obat ya? Bidan nya yang minta, ya walaupun ngk besar. Tapi bukannya obat itu gratis dimana2 puskesmas cuma penambah darah saja. Karna saya pernah berobat di Puskesmas Tangsel pun hanya bayar biaya pendaftaran 5rb. Selebih nya obat gratis
