★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketika swab pcr pelayanan kurang adil. Pasien yang datang lebih awal malah di akhirkan dan yang datang akhir malah di dahulukan. Tolong terapkan keadilan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien dan gunakan kode etik tenaga kesehatan. !!!!!
When swab PCR service is not fair. Patients who arrive early are even ended and those who arrive late are prioritized. Please apply justice in providing services to patients and use a code of ethics for health workers. !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanan dokternya, jd suami saya sudah demam 3hari dan diare, perut sakit tp indra penciuman masi normal, sama dokternya hanya di tanya saja tanpa diperiksa sedikitpun, dan di resepkan obat lambung oralit obat diare, karena tidak ada perubahan akhirnya kami ke klinik, dan sama dokternya. Diperiksa sangat teliti, dan dokternya bilang itu masuk ke gejala covid dan yg diserng itu perut, siangnya kita pcr dan suami saya positif, jd untuk dokternya tolong jangan berpacu sama indra pencium saja, karena setiap orang beda" gejala,
Disappointed with the doctor's service, so my husband has had a fever for 3 days and has diarrhea, stomach hurts but his sense of smell is still normal, the doctor was only asked without being examined at all, and was prescribed ORS gastric medicine for diarrhea, because there was no change, we finally went to the clinic, and the same doctor. Examined very carefully, and the doctor said it was a symptom of covid and what was attacked was the stomach, this afternoon our PCr and my husband were positive, so for the doctor please don't race with the sense of smell, because everyone has different symptoms,

Seharusnya utama kan yang sudah ada janji dengan dokter.
Bukann malah suruh balik lagii jam 2 buat daftar dlu baru dapet antrian
Ngertiin kita kerja. Lebih baik utamakan yang udah ada janji dengan dokterr kasiann toh yang udah ada janji karna memang dah parah. Dan lebih baik antrian itu seperti dluu.. pa dulu dulu yang datang lebih awalll.. kasian ortu bulaj balik ampe meninggal. Gara gara dah parah.

Ngertiin we work. Better prioritizing who already have an appointment with dokterr kasiann that already have an appointment anyway because dah indeed severe. And better queue was like dluu .. pa first come first are more awalll .. kasian behind ampe Bulaj parents died. Gara gara severe dah.
