★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo mau tanya, saya sempat ke poli gigi dan ditangani oleh dokter (laki²), dokter memberi obat & menyarankan untuk kembali dihari ke 4, saya datang kembali dihari yang disarankan dokter tapi ditolak oleh ibu² dibagian pendaftaran dengan alasan dokter yang membuat janji tidak masuk dihari itu, adanya dokter lain (Perempuan) & tidak mau melayani karna sebelumnya saya tidak ditangani oleh dokter tsb.. apakah memang mekanisme pengobatannya seperti itu? Terimakasih ..
 Hello, I want to ask, I went to the dental clinic and was treated by a (male) doctor, the doctor gave medicine & suggested to come back on the 4th day, I came back on the day the doctor suggested but was rejected by the ladies at the registration section on the grounds that the doctor who made the appointment did not come on the day that, there is another doctor (female) & does not want to serve because previously I was not treated by that doctor.. is the mechanism of treatment like that? Thank you ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ puskesmas kurang melayani masyarakat. petugas cuma santai2 aja gk melayani dg baik. kurang direkomendasiin meding ke puskesmas lain aja.
Puskesmas does not serve the community. the officers just take it easy, don't serve well. it is not recommended to go to another health center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya lagi panik abis mondar mandir ngurus bapak saya harus dirawat inap di rs, malah diketawain sama petugas pendaftaran yg rambut pendek dan yang pake kerudung alis tebel kotak. aneh, pelayan kesehatan kok malah ga ada empati, org kl salah ya diedukasi, bukan dipermalukan atau bahkan ditertawakan.
I was panicking after pacing back and forth taking care of my father and had to be hospitalized at the hospital, instead the registration officer who had short hair and wore a thick brow hood made fun of him. It's weird, the health care workers don't even have empathy, if they're wrong, they're educated, not humiliated or even laughed at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak seperti puskesmas yang di klapanunggal. Petugasnya lebih gercep di puskesmas klapanunggal. Lagi sakit usaha untuk antigen malah kaget, dan menanyakan dirumah ada yg kena covid atau engga. Kalau engga ada serumah kena covid, harus cek dulu di swasta. Puskesmas klapanunggal tidak ada pertanyaan semacam itu, cek antigen langsung, dan diberikan vitamin (Pengalaman adik). Klo di cibinong, malah kaget responsenya, dan lebih lama prosesnya.
Not like the puskesmas in klapanunggal. The officers are faster at the klapanunggal health center. I'm still sick, trying to get an antigen instead, I'm surprised, and asking at home if anyone has Covid or not. If no one at home has Covid, you have to check in the private sector first. There are no such questions at the Klapanunggal Public Health Center, direct antigen checks, and vitamins (Sister's Experience). If you go to Cibinong, you will be surprised by the response, and the process will take longer.
