Saya ingin priksa gigi karna gusi saya bengkak & berdarah terus sampe rasanya tu ngebet bgt & meriang ,pas smp disana saya ambil nomer antri tidak lama kemudian di panggil di pendaftaran & yg bikin saya bingung di tempat pendaftaran itu saya di priksa sm dokter gigi nya, saya di suru buka mulut sebentar bgt langsung di kasih obat,, lah itu dokter nya ga nanya sakit nya yg mana kanan atau kiri atas atas atau bawah main kasih obat aja yg da ada efek nya sama sekali...klo ga mao repot knp ga kasih aja langsungq rujukan sih dok... Kecewa bgt sih ma pelayanan puskesmas bojonggede ini...
I want to check my teeth because my gums are swollen & bleeding until it feels really hot & hot, when I got there I took the queue number, not long after that I was called at the registration & what confused me at the registration was I was checked by the dentist, I was told to open my mouth for a moment, I was immediately given medicine, that's why the doctor didn't ask which pain was right or left, up or down, just give me medicine that has no effect at all... if you don't want to bother, why not Just give me a referral, doc... I'm really disappointed with the service at this Bojonggede Health Center...

Pertama kali saya berobat disini untuk nomer antrian adil sudah digital dengan mesin, untuk pelayanan terhadap pasien sangat kurang sekali petugas belum standby di jam sibuk, untuk rujukan lumayan bagus tidak begitu di persulit. Mohon untuk di tingkatkan pelayanan nya semoga ada perubahan di 2020
The first time I was treated here for a fair queue number was digital with the machine, for service to patients is very less once the officer has not been standby at rush hour, for a pretty good reference is not so difficult. Please improve the service, hopefully there will be a change in 2020

Pelayanan sangat kurang menyenangkan dilayani dengan sangat tidak baik bagian frontlinernya terlalu nyolot dalam berbicara untung cewe. Tolong dong yanh punya kenalan orang atasan dalam bidang kesehatan tolong diusut pelayanan di puskesmas bojonggede.

Pembenahan Puskesmas ini terus dilakukan dengan pendaftaran menggunakan digital . Dengan adanya BPJS memang Puskesmas jadi lebih naik daun . Pelayanan terhadap pasien masih perlu ditingkatkan. Lokasi Puskesmas saat ini sepertinya sudah kurang mengakomodir dengan bertambahnya pasien. Dengan jalan yang sempit yang hanya cukup lewat 1 mobil dan berhadapan dengan sekolah membuat makin padat. Semoga hal ini dapat menjadi pemikiran Pemerintah setempat untuk menyiapkan lokasi yang lebih baik
The improvement of this Puskesmas continues to be done by using digital registration. With the BPJS, the Puskesmas has become more popular. Services for patients still need to be improved. The location of the Puskesmas now seems to have been less accommodating with the increase in patients. With a narrow road that is only enough to pass 1 car and facing the school makes it even more congested. Hopefully this can be thought of by the local government to prepare a better location

Pertama kali datang kepuskesmas bojong gede k klinik umum, antar istri... pelayanannya mmang kurang memuaskan...dokter* dan bag front office kurang ramah... tetapi saat saya berkunjung ke klinik ibu hamil lumayan senang...dokternya ramah...dan tidak pelit masukan dan mau mendengarkan keluhan...semoga kedepannya semakin bagus untuk kualitas pelayannya...
The first time I came to the Bojong Gede Public Health Center at a public clinic, between wives... the service was not satisfactory... the doctor* and the front office bag were not friendly... but when I visited the clinic, pregnant women were quite happy... the doctor was friendly.. .and not stingy with input and willing to listen to complaints...hopefully in the future it will be better for the quality of the service...

dulu mau operasi amandel minta rujukan harus sentak sengor dulu susah bgt, skrg mau minta rujukan katanya gabisa. harus yg poli doang baru bisa pake rujukan, pelayanan gausah ditanya, bad semua staffnya gada yg ramah
I used to want to have tonsil surgery, I had to ask for a referral. I had to jolt up. First, it was really difficult, now I want to ask for a referral. I can't say I can't. only the poly ones can only use referrals, you don't have to ask for service, it's bad that all the staff are not friendly
