β β β β β pelayanan satpamnya tolong diperhatikan ya .. sangat ketus sekali menjawab pertanyaan , sesangkan saya posisi ibu membawa anak kecil . jam 6.22 hanya sekedar mau menunggu antrian malah pintu ditutup . jawaban ketus . tolong pak buk diperhatikan lagi pekerjaan disana adalah pelayanan masyarakat jadi harus tau tatakrama seperti apa biar masyarakat yg inging berobat jdi tidak trauma ..

β β β β β Pelayanan bagus. Tata ruang, alur layanan rawat jalan memuaskan. Walaupun ga mau sering2 dateng buat berobat. Mau nya sehat terus.
Good service. Spatial planning, satisfactory outpatient care flow. Even though I don't want to come often for treatment. I want it to stay healthy.

3. Tidak tersedia ATM dan pembayaran non-tunai.
4. Menurut saya ini salah satu puskesmas terbaik di kabupaten Bogor.
5. Petugasnya ramah-ramah.
6. Selama masa pandemic protocol kesehatan berlaku,dan petugas puskesmas sangat aktif dan ngga capek mengingatkan warga untuk mentaati protokol kesehatan.
7. Klinik gigi di puskesmas ini sangat recommended banget karena dokter Taufik Hidayat benerΒ² ahli dalam urusan kesehatan mulut, dan sangat steril.
8. Biaya cabut gigi Rp.12,500 sudah termasuk 3 jenis obat.

Dr. B. terlalu egois tdk mau mendengar keluhan pasien malah spt guru bahasa indonesia yg cuma mengkoreksi gaya bahasa pasiennya, berbicara terlalu keras tidak menjaga privasi pasiennya.... dokter bukan orang yg paling benar cuma saja anda belajar ilmu kedokteran shg tahu hal tsb, sbg otang terpelajar tolong dijaga jg kata2 nya

Dr. B. is too selfish, doesn't want to hear the patient's complaints, even like an Indonesian teacher who only corrects the patient's language style, talks too loudly and doesn't protect the patient's privacy.... doctors are not the most correct people, you just study medicine so you know that, as educated people, please take care of your words

β β β β β Pelanggan BPJS dengan nomor tersebut tidak diberikan layanan, katanya nomor langganan tersebut tidak aktif karena iuran bulan nopember 2021 dan desember 2021 belum dibayarkan. Padahal untuk nomor tersebut diawal bulan pasti dibayar Dicek ke JKN mobile tidak ada tunggakkan. Bagaimana kebenaran data yang tidak sinkron antara data bpjs dengan data puskesmas jampang. Bukankah sistem informasi bpjs dengan faskes nya terintegrasi secara online.

β β β β β Puskesmas ter konyol se indonesia. Kata dokter jaga, harusnya periksa di pagi hari tidak boleh siang, jdi kita tidak boleh sakit di siang hari harus pagi. Tidak memperhatikan cara service pasien. Bahkan pasar lebih manusiawi daripada puskesmas ini
