Why is it open at noon even though the operating hours are 07:00 - 14:00 if we are in the morning it's really urgent, how do we have to wait for the afternoon first?

The booster is facilitated by this Puskesmas, even though I am from Bogor City not from Bogor Regency…. It's not complicated and the information given by the admin is really useful and very helpful… the booster process is very fast and orderly… appreacite with the performance of the vaccination officers from this Puskesmas… Thank you and success always
