★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik QIta selama ini pelayanan yang keluarga kami terima termasuk bagus untuk Faskes Tingkat 1 di area Bojonggede-CItayam, Hanya terkadang bagian CS yang melayani pendaftaran via WA miss informasi kepada pasien. Sebagai peserta lama, baik BPJS maupun mandiri, saya rasa dalam 2 tahun ini terdapat peningkatan pelayanan dan lebih teratur. seperti pemisahan apotek dengan resepsionis, pembuatan antrian menggunakan aplikasi, perluasan area tunggu. Sebagai masukan untuk perawat, resepsionis, dan beberapa dokter perlu diberikan training service excelence. Jujur kami sekeluarga menghindari jadwal 1 dokter laki-laki karena kebetulan kami semua pernah mendapat pelayanan dan kurang nyaman dengan tanggapan serta penanganan beliau. makanya daripada teriak2 di review, kami lebih memilih jadwal paling tidak bisa dapat jadwal dokter Eulis, dr Arif, atau dr Kharisma. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik

As a long-standing participant, both BPJS and independent, I think in the past 2 years there has been an increase in service and more orderliness. such as separation of pharmacies with receptionists, creating queues using applications, expanding waiting areas. As input for nurses, receptionists, and several doctors, it is necessary to provide service excellence training. Honestly, our family avoided the schedule of 1 male doctor because we all happened to have received services and were not comfortable with his response and handling. That's why instead of shouting at the review, we prefer to schedule at least the schedule of Dr. Eulis, Dr. Arif, or Dr. Kharisma. Hopefully better future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik nya bagus, dokter gigi dokter Irwan sangat ramah, dokter Elis jg sangat perhatian sama pasien nya. Sebenarnya pelayanannya lumayan bagus, cuma perawat dan bagian adm yg di depan kurang senyum. Truss kenapa ya klw masuk klinik Qita jaringan seluler jd lemot, pas keluar klinik jaringannya normal kembali.
Smg bisa ditingkatkan lg.

Di komen byk yg menyebut dr.darmanto gak ramah padahal aslinya ramaah sekaliii kalo beliau bicara agak singkat ya maklum aja mungkin beliau ada rasa lelahnya juga kan nanggepin pasien dari pagi dan gak cuma satu pasien. Pokoknya klinik qita best, semoga makin baik kedepannya dan ditingkat lagi buat yg jaga dipendaftaran agar lebih ramah hehe thx

Darmanto is not friendly even though he is actually very friendly if he talks a bit briefly, you know, maybe he is tired of taking care of patients from the morning and not just one patient. Anyway, the best qita clinic, hopefully it will be better in the future and will be improved again for those who are guarding the registration to be more friendly hehe thx

Setiap brobat tapi ga pernah ketemu...
Ketemunya dokter yg itu lagi itu lagi.... ? jujur ga puas klo sma dktr yg sering jaga disana.. Jawabannya ga pernah ada solusi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter gigi yang namanya Nyoman kurang ajar itu disitu!! Udah daftar dari jam 7mlm sampe jam 10 begitu masuk ruang dokter ngetes gigi anak saya sakit apa gak di ketok kayak ngetok paku kenceng banget sampe anak saya nangis kesakitan !!
The dentist whose name is Nyoman is rude over there!! I registered from 7 pm to 10 am when I entered the doctor's room my child's tooth was tested and it hurts or does it not feel like knocking on a nail so hard that my child cries in pain!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekian lama saya berobat keklinik qita baru kali ini kecewa awalnya saya daftar di poli gugi by phone lgs di kasih tahu dapet no berapa dan harus dateng jam berapa pas sampai di klinik di jam yg di tentukan saya di tanya hadil rapid karena gigi saya bolong dan harus ada tindakan padahal waktu daftar saya tidak di minta untuk rapid dulu. Gimana ini informasinya ngak lengkap jadi buang2 waktu saya

I was told what number I got and what time I had to come when I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time. I was asked by Hadil Rapid because I had a hole in my tooth and I had to no action even though when I registered I was not asked to be fast first. How come this information is incomplete so it's a waste of my time
