★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bidannya gak jelas,, kemaren siang datang untuk pemeriksaan kb spiral istri saya,sekarang sudah datang agak pagi die bilang priksanye hari rabu depan aja,jadwal pemeriksaan kb hari rabu,, yg gua tanya kenapa gua disuruh dateng besok katanya dan kebetulan hari kamis,, tolong deh perbaiki

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih bagus dulu sebelum di renovasi, petugasnya ramah² di layanin dgn penuh kasih dan sepenuh hati. Dl saya pernah USG dan bidannya ramah dan baik banget. Sekarang knp jutek² amat yaa?? Apa Krn kebanyakan yg di layanin atau gimana yaah? Terahir saya datang ke puskesmas pada tgl 26 Juni Krn saya demam tinggi dan ke dua anak saya sama demam tinggi juga, gejela itu seperti covid Krn saya hilang Indra penciuman dan nafsu makan juga hilang saya berniat mau swab tapi kata dokter TDK usah swab di beri obat saja sdh cukup, karena pasien covid sedang membludak itu alasan dokter tapi kenyataannya obat habis deman saya TDK turun² ahirnya saya inisiatif untuk cek di klinik dgn biaya 250 dan hasilnya memang positif. Ya memang harus di maklumi juga Krn untuk swab itu antriannya membludak, dan tenaga medisnya juga kuwalahan jd harus di maklum saja.

Is it because most of them are served or what? The last time I came to the health center was on June 26, because I had a high fever and both of my children had high fevers too, the symptoms were like covid. Because I lost my sense of smell and appetite, I also wanted to take a swab, but the doctor said no swab was given medicine it's enough, because the number of covid patients is booming, that's the doctor's reason, but in fact the medicine ran out of my fever, the TDK went down, so finally I took the initiative to check at the clinic at a cost of 250 and the results were positive. Yes, it must be understood because for the swab the queues are huge, and the medical staff is also overwhelmed, so you have to be aware of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perbandingan jumlah doctor dengan jumlah patients sangat tidak seimbang. Pemeriksaan dilakukan di luar ruangan terbuka menyatu dengan banyak patients yang mengantri di sekitarnya. Suara dokter melawan suara orang2 yang mengantri di belakang.
Semoga banyak perbaikan pelayanan ke depannya.
The ratio of the number of doctors to the number of patients is very unbalanced. The examination was carried out outside the open room together with many patients queuing around it. The doctor's voice contrasted the voices of the people lining up behind.
Hopefully there will be many service improvements in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang super buruk, nunggu dokter lama bgt. Apa memang pelayanan di daerah seburuk ini? Apa gk ada team pengawas dari pemerintah daerahnya? Kalau yang punya uang bisa ke dokter klinik, kalau yg gk punya harus lama-lama di puakesmas. Bintang satupun masih kebagusan untuk ngasih rating ke puskesmas ini

If you have money, you can go to a clinic doctor, if you don't have it, you have to spend a long time in Puakesmas. Not one star is still good enough to give a rating to this puskesmas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedungnya bagus, parkiran disebrang puskesmas sudah memadai. Dekat dengan SD jadi banyak jajanan ketika menunggu antrian. Pelayanan petugas baik dan ramah.
Saran untuk menambah stand banner alur pendaftaran dan petunjuk umum. Disediakan microfon untuk petugas bagian vaksin agar membantu. Terimakasih tetap jaga protokol kesehatan. Semoga kita semua senangtiasa diberi kesehatan.
The building is nice, parking across from the puskesmas is adequate. Close to SD so lots of snacks when waiting in line. Service staff is good and friendly.
Suggestions for adding a registration flow banner stand and general instructions. A microphone is provided for the vaccine officer to help. Thank you for maintaining the health protocol. May we all always be given health.
