★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistim Antrian masih manual, dan menganut sistem kenalan, kalau kenal sama petugas antrian maka akan didahulukan. Saran walau sistim manual dibuatlah kotak untuk tempat kartu, jadi bisa antri dengan benar. Kemudian kalau yg daftar sebaiknya benar buat yg sakit. Kejadian pas saat saya daftar ada Bapak2 daftar malah daftarin untuk ponakan, kakak, adek sehingga 1 orang bisa daftarin untuk banyak orang. Kasihan orang yg benar2 datang jauh2 untuk berobat dan ngantri dengan sangat lama. Mohon pihak yg berwenang untuk memperbaiki sistem yg manual ini. Terima kasih
Queue system is still manual, and adheres to the acquaintance system, if you know the queue officer it will take precedence. Suggestion, even though the manual system is made a box to place the card, so it can queue properly. Then if the list should be right for the sick. The incident was right when I registered with Mr2, the list actually registered for a niece, brother, sister, so that 1 person could register for many people. Poor people who really come far to seek treatment and wait for a long time. Please hand over the authorities to fix this manual system. thank you
