★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian pendaftaran mohon untuk di tingkatkan lagi dalam memberi pelayanan. Meja pendaftaran ada 2 meja 1 sedang ada klien dan meja 2 kosong. Saya duduk di tempat antrian. Saya tau kalau meja 2 kosong tp saya diam saja karna sengaja si mbak itu manggil saya untuk maju atau tidak. Ternyata benar smpai meja 1 selesai bagian meja 2 tetap tidak memanggil saya untuk melayani saya padahal mbaknya saya lihat sedang tidak mengerjakan sesuatu. Mohon untuk lebih aware dalam melayani masyarakat ya mbak.

The registration section is asking to be improved again in providing services. The registration desk has 2 tables, 1 is having a client and table 2 is empty. I sat in the queue. I know that table 2 is empty but I stay silent because the Ms. is deliberately calling me to come forward or not. It turned out that it was true that until table 1 was finished, table 2 still didn't call me to serve me even though I saw that I saw that she was not doing something. Please be more aware in serving the community, Ms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon ditertibkan petugas2 yg jam kerja pegang2 hp jadi nggak bisa konsentrasi menangani pasien krn sibuk dengan hpnya...ini urusannya ama nyawa..klau salah diagnosa apa tidak berbahaya...
please bring order to the officers who work hours holding cellphones so they can't concentrate on handling patients because they are busy with their cellphones... this is a matter of life... if it's misdiagnosed or not it's not dangerous...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus, tapi kalo masih bisa ke klinik mending ke klinik lain sih, soalnya disini cuma dokter umum aja dan gak banyak ngejelasin kita kenapa, apa lagi kalo kita gak banyak tanya. Jd tau tau dikasih obat aja, jd kalo cuma butuh rujukan sih gpp, tp klo untuk bener2 berobat kurang banget kalo menurut saya.
The place is good, but if you can still go to the clinic, it's better to go to another clinic, because here are only general practitioners and don't explain much to us why, what if we don't ask a lot of questions. So you know you just give medicine, so if you just need a referral, that's fine, but if you really need treatment, it's really not enough in my opinion.
