Pelayanan bagus, cepat, tempat sudah semakin nyaman dan rapih. Semoga semakin ditingkatkan pelayanan agar menjadi semakin bertambah baik. Untuk parkiran sebaiknya lebih diperluas..
Good, fast service, the place is getting more comfortable and neat. Hopefully the service will be improved so that it gets better. For parking should be more expanded..

Terimakasih untuk puskesmas bojongsari yg sdh menyediakan vaksin. Namun untuk pelayanan nya sedikt mengecewakan. Mohon ditinggkat kan lg dlm menangani pasien ya, ada bbrp staf/nakes baik namun krna 1 orang yg sedikit jutek jd gimana gt hehe so sorry, semangat para staf dan nakessss.
Thank you to the Bojongsari Health Center for providing the vaccine. However, the service is a little disappointing. Please improve in dealing with patients, yes, there are some good staff / health workers, but because 1 person is a bit jutek, so what's going on hehe so sorry, the spirit of the staff and health workers.

Pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan tolong diperbaiki kembali, info jam oprasional 07.30 sampai jam 08.30 bru mulai diassesment, praktek dokternya jg blm mulai, ditambah lagi petugasnya jutek tidak ada etika 5S, minta tolong diperbaiki kembali sistemnya biar lebih disiplin lagi dan petugasnya lebih ramah

Alhamdulillah di Puskesmas Bojongsari pelayanan memuaskan cabut gigi hanya 40 rb padahal di swasta bisa 300 rb, cocok banget buat kantong recehan. Mantap

Pelayanan dokternya kianya kurang memuaskan,judes bnget baru kli nemu dokter kaya gini dikash resep obat pct pdahl ud blg mash ada dok blm sbulan dan dokternya jawab BUANG AJA BELI INI AJA PDAHAL MEREK OBATNYA SAMA, PELAYANAN DRI DPAN PDAHL DIKIA SEPI BNGT TP KERTASNYA BLM DIKASH DIKRENA BAGIAN CRI DATANYA KEBNYAK NGOBROL HADEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH PERASAAN PUSKESMAS JAKARTA GAK GINII BANGET BOSSSS
The doctor's service seems to be unsatisfactory, it's really rude when you find a doctor like this, you're given a prescription for PCT, even though there's still a doc it hasn't been a month and the doctor said, DON'T BUY THIS BEFORE THE DRUG BRAND IS THE SAME, SERVICE DRI DPAN PDAHL IN KIA IS VERY QUICK, TP THE PAPER IS NOT DISPLAYED BECAUSE THE CRI DATA SECTION IS A LOT OF CHATING HADEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH THE FEELING OF THE JAKARTA PUSKESMAS IS NOT VERY GOOD BOSSSS

Khusus nya di hari ini 03 february 2022 saya merasa sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan si penjaga antrian yg pakai kacamata pake baju biru, pelayanan sangat judess&jutek dan sangat sangat sangat sangat sangat kurang memuaskan, intinya saya sangat kecewaaaa!!!! Mungkin bukan saya saja yg merasakan hal seperti ini, mungkin org org lain yg saya perhatikan juga sama, semoga kalo salah satu pihak pukesmas membaca komenan ini si penjaga antrian di ganti ke yg lebih sopan dan mengerti perihal attitude. Atas perhatiannya saya ucapkan terimakasih!
Especially in today 03 February 2022 I feel very disappointed with the service of the queue guards who use glasses using blue clothes, very Judess & Jutek service and very very very very unsatisfactory, the point is I am very disappointed !!!! Maybe I'm just me who feels like this, maybe someone else I noticed the same, hopefully if one of Pukesmas's party reads this comment on the queue guard replaced to a more polite and understand the attitude. Thank you for your attention!

Maaf ya knp tdi saya bilang pelayanan di sini super duper jutek karena memang kenyataannya begitu, saya sempat ke sini thn 2021 lalu untuk buat surat rujukan ke RS terkait sinus saya, saya berkali2 nyebut keluhan tentang hidung saya tapi pas keluar surat rujukannya malah di tulis bahwa saya di rujuk ke ortopedi, pas saya lapor kenapa saya dirujuk ke ortopedi dan minta perubahan ke THT si bpk yg jaga di bagian pendaftaran cma ngambil gapake basa basi, minta maaf pun ngga, trs pas saya lgi ngantri jga saya nyaksiin perawat disitu ngebentak anak kecil karena gapake masker, haruskah dibentak begitu?? Pas tadi saya dtng mau PCR jga, saya tanya baik2 bisa ga PCR di puskesmas karena saya dengar2 PCR di puskesmas gratis, trs ibu2 yg jaga di komputer blng "gabisa klo mau PCR diluar ajh, klo PCR disini hrs ada indikasi" Dengan nada jutek dan muka yg bener2 jutek, haruskah kayak gtu?? Emang gaada SOP nya kah buat ngelayanin pasien yg datang?? Kita dtng buat berobat bukan buat nyuri, klo emng gabisa dijelasin baik2 dong, klo emng cma bisa buat yg ada indikasi ya jelasin baik2 indikasinya apa jgn ketus kyk gtu ngomongnya
Sorry, why did I say the service here is super duper jutek because that's the truth, I was here last year 2021 to make a referral letter to a hospital related to my sinuses, I repeatedly mentioned complaints about my nose but when the referral letter came out it was written that I was referred to orthopedics, when I reported why I was referred to orthopedics and asked for a change to the ENT, the man who was in charge of the registration section just took it without saying a word, I didn't even apologize, but when I was in line, I also saw the nurse there yelling at a small child because you don't wear a mask, do you have to be shouted at? When I came, I wanted PCR too, I asked if I could do PCR at the puskesmas because I heard that PCR at the puskesmas was free, then the ladies who were on duty at the computer said "I can't if you want PCR outside, if PCR is here there must be an indication" With a harsh tone and a really dirty face, should it be like that?? Is there no SOP for serving patients who come? We've come for treatment, not to steal, if you can't explain it well, if it's only possible to do something with an indication, explain carefully what the indications are, don't be rude like that
