β β β β β Sebenernya sih dokternya sama pelayanan yg di meja depan baik2 aja, eh terus di Pendaftaran KETUS banget. Saya disuruh ke pendaftaran ngasih surat rujukan sama dokternya ke salah satu mbak2 di situ. Terus tiba2 udah dikasih lagi ke saya suratnya, saya gatau diapain kertasnya soalnya ga keliatan mejanya. Terus saya nanya "oh udah mbak? Katanya saya suruh ke pendaftaran?" Saya nanya baik2. Terus dibales sama mbaknya "YA ITU DICAP KAN!?" nadanya tinggi banget. Lha saya kan ga ngerti ya. Heran deh, ngelayanin orang kok ketus... Apa susahnya sih bicara baik-baik. Sungguh mengherankan!
Actually, the doctor and the service at the front desk are fine, eh, the registration is really KEUS. I was told to register to give a referral letter from the doctor to one of the ladies there. Then suddenly the letter was given to me again, I don't know what to do with the paper because it doesn't look like the table. Then I asked "Oh, Ma'am? You said I told you to register?" I asked nicely. Then she replied, "YES THAT WAS STATED!?" very high tone. Well, I don't know. It's a wonder why people treat people so curtly... What's so hard about talking nicely? What a surprise!

β β β β β Pengalaman periksa kandungan dan kesehatan disini dah beberapa kali okeΒ² ajaa ... dokter baik dan ramah .. tapi sayang frontliner bagian pendaftaran kurang ramah ... ketus banget ... gara-gara itu saya kapok kesana dan lebih milih pindahin fakes aja
The experience of checking the content and health here has been okay several times ... the doctor is kind and friendly ... but unfortunately the frontliner at the registration section is not friendly ... really curt ... because of that I gave up going there and preferred to just move the fakes

β β β β β pertama kali kesana dan khusus tempat pendaftaran dan kasir saya kesana buat berobat karena sakit pas mau bayar gaada kembalian malah suruh tuker uang sendiri di pak parkir, dan parkirnya gapunya saya cari cari di tempat lain tanya sama orang" ga nemu tukeran uang alhasil terpaksa beli bensin di pom dan balik lagi di pukesmas ini:) dan tidak diarahkan cara dan tempat pengambilan nomor antriannya justru malah dikasih tau sama ibuk" yang priksa disana juga. kita sama sama kerja dan saya juga sebagai kasir tidak seharusnya seperti itu. dan mereka malah asik mengobrol sewaktu saya kebingungan:)
the first time I was there and specifically the registration and cashier place, I went there for treatment because I was sick when I wanted to pay, I didn't even ask to exchange my own money at the parking lot, and I couldn't find the parking lot, I looked elsewhere, I asked people "I couldn't find a money exchange, so I had to buy gasoline at the POM and back again at this health center :) and they weren't directed how and where to take the queue number, instead they were told by my mother who checked there too. we work together and I also as a cashier should not be like that. and they even have fun chatting when I'm confused :)

β β β β β Selama pandemi dipisahkan antara pasien infeksius dan non infeksius, layanan swab juga dipisahkan alurnya dengan pasien umum biasa. Pelayanan cepat. Kekurangannya tempatnya sempit. Semoga bisa relokasi ke tempat yg lebih luas dan nyaman....

β β β β β Untuk ukuran puskesmas, pelayanannya sangat baik. Sistem tiketnya tinggal tap di monitor, praktis. Antrian pagi juga terbilang cepat. Space untuk antri dan ruang tunggunya saja yang terbatas, maklum gedungnya tidak besar.
Kemarin saya periksa di poli umum pakai BPJS dan mendapat surat rujukan ke RS atas saran Bu Dokternya yang ramah. Administrasinya cepat.
Tahun lalu pernah coba konsul layanan Psikolog juga di sini, sayangnya saya kurang begitu cocok.

Yesterday I checked at the general poly using BPJS and got a referral letter to the hospital on the advice of the friendly Mrs. Doctor. Administration is fast.
Last year, I tried the Psychologist's service consul here too, unfortunately I wasn't very good at it.
